What a great location! We came for a wedding and loved being able to walk to the beach. The house was a great spot for our weekend stay. The house answered all of my questions quickly!

Everything with this place was as-advertised. It's a great little place that worked perfect for our needs for a long weekend. There's ample parking and it's in a great neighborhood. Quick and easy walk to first beach and to the Middletown beach restaurants like Mission and Diegos. Just a great beach cottage. Kelly, the host was great, she was on top of everything from booking to the couple questions we had on arrival. You can tell she put a lot of thought into making sure people had everything they needed both in supplies and info. If you're heading to Newport, I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great stay. The property was in a perfect location, close to everything! The house set up was also perfect for our group, everyone had their own space, but we could be together in the common spaces. The backyard was a great space and very well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

The whole stay was great. The house was clean, GREAT access to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket and local gems. We had a great time and would recommend the hosts and the house to anyone looking for a great getaway.

The location is perfect! It was easy to get around, it’s close to the beach and to restaurants! The property was lovely and the house decor was charming. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great house! Perfect location to (Easton’s) First Beach. Well appointed and comfortable. Our dogs had a great time too. A very nice house all around will definitely go back.

Perfect place for us while we were visiting our children at St George’s. Communication with host was seamless as was check in/check out process. Windy weather lead to brief power outages but did not have any issues when it returned a few hours later. House is spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again!
