Spacious townhome in North Mcallen, 1 mile from DHR and Uptown with a large pool. 4 Texas sized bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room allows us to sleep 14 comfortably. BBQ, relax and unwind in our private courtyard while watching the big game our outdoor 55" TV. Come and enjoy luxury living with a community pool and jacuzzi right outside our front door.

We all felt like at home. It’s spacious comfortable rooms and everything else we needed it made us feel comfy and very safe. Definitely recommend it!

Wonderful property that is perfect for a group stay and excellent location

This property exceeded all my expectations and was perfectly located for the trip. I would definitely stay here again and hope that I get to revisit in the near future. The host was excellent and responsive. The property is clean, modern, and ready to support any traveler's needs.

Large, comfortable, great layout

The house had three bedrooms all with their out bathrooms which was awesome. The layout of the house is open and roomy. The location was central to everything we needed.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! The hosts were great on communicating with us promptly and friendly. Everything was very clean and so comfortable. Home is beautiful and in such a nice, safe neighborhood. Kitchen was so nicely stocked even with foil paper. There wasn't anything I needed that wasn't available. We cooked dinner and breakfasts easily. Coffee area was extra nice. The peninsula is large with four seats available. We could talk while we cooked. Living room was grand with huge comfortable sectional. Home is so spacious and furnishings were great. Provide TVs in every bedroom as well. We really liked the extra TV room upstairs. We didn't need to use that couch or the one in the living room for sleeping, but it was good to have had the option if more family had to join us. We went to McAllen for my grandmother's funeral. It was very much appreciated that the hosts wouldn't have minded if we added some additional guests if need arose. Need didn't present itself but was a comfort to have the option. It was nice to have family time with my Aunt and Cousins in a quiet and comfortable place to ourselves. Very pretty decor. Thank you so much for making this home available for rental to us. If we have need to go down again, we will definitely look to see if this home is available. We highly recommend this home to anyone. Especially with a family. God bless!

Fantastic Getaway

The property is perfect. Plenty of space, and peace and quiet. The pool is nice and comfortable. The hosts are fantastic fast to pick up the phone and to help out in any situation. The snacks & coffee was a plus!

Overall stay okay

The parking was difficult if you have multiple vehicles. And the apartment was difficult to find at firat, but once we found it no issues there. The kit hen is stocked with pans and everything which is great! The house was perfect for what we needed in our stay! The only complaint we had was that they wanted the ac set at a certian temp and not put below that temp.

Great rental

This was the perfect home for my large family. Spacious and wonderfully accommodated for our young kids as well as the rest of pur family. It would have been fhe perfect rental if not for the fact that we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house at 12:30 am and were unable to get ahold of the host until 5 am. lockddlourselves oht

Something that every guest should know is that the thermostat has a security code on it, so you will not be able to change the temperature unless you contact the hosts and convince them to give you the code. The upstairs has serious AC and furnace problems that the hosts didn't seem to understand when I tried to explain. The humidity was around 75% upstairs for the days that were warm, and the AC did nothing to change that even though it was running nonstop. We were sweaty and sticky and uncomfortable. Once the cold front came through, we realized that the furnace wasn't working upstairs, either. The downstairs did have a working furnace, and I think that's what kept the upstairs from getting too cold overnight. When I tried to describe the problem to the hosts, they didn't understand what I was talking about. With the other broken/dirty things in the house (lots of broken blinds, faucets with hard water stains, food in the carpet, wet cups and glasses in the cabinets, a kitchen sink that reeks of mildew, a garbage disposal that's so loud and in need of repair), it gave the impression that no one was regularly maintaining the house except for cleaning staff. The hosts kindly offered to send another cleaner, but honestly we didn't want someone imposing on us during our vacation, and all of this should have been taken care of before our stay. They did reimburse our cleaning fee, though, which I appreciate. I would never stay here or with those hosts again, unfortunately.

Clean and quiet

We very much enjoyed our stay. We visited family in McAllen and to visit South Padre for spring break fishing. It was nice to be able to come back to unwind and relax on the patio. We grilled outside and the breeze made the experience that much better. My kids were able to enjoy the board games that they had. It was extremely comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is definitely quiet and saw few people mostly people maintaining the property they were all friendly. It was a beautiful and pleasant experience staying here and creating beautiful memories with family. We felt at home. The communication was direct and quick. I would definitely recommend this rental if you are planning to visit RGV.
