Both bedrooms and the bunk bed night stand include access to dedicated USB chargers (see photo). The Wi-Fi is able to provide internet service speeds up to 1,200Mb/s (tested and confirmed by OTA up to 575 Mbps) and there is a strong AT&T cell phone booster to improve your texting and calling capabilities.

The hot tub is professionally cleaned between every guest reservation, being emptied and refilled every time. The heated pool is cleaned every Friday to have levels within specification while maintaining a temperature of about 84 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum cleanliness, however 84 degrees may still seem cold to some swimmers.

Go karts, golf, mini golf, frisbee golf, aquarium, Sevierville Air Trampoline and Ninja Warrior Park, Aerial Adventure Park, museums, fishing, skiing, horseback riding, tubing, roller coasters, indoor shooting, sky lift, archery, dinner shows, water park, moonshine distillery, foam warrior fighting, ax throwing, bowling, lazer/laser tag, paintball, ATV/4-wheeling, Rain Forest Adventures Zoo, Outdoor Gravity Park, Mountain Monster Ride, Bluff Mountain Fire Tower, and so much more!

Notes for guests:
• There may be some construction from building in other parts of the neighborhood.
• The water is from a well and runs through a water softener. There may be an occasional sulfur smell, but the water company we hire assures us that this is nothing to worry about. If the power happens to go out, this means there would be no running water available.
• The sewer system is septic, so only waste water, human waste, and toilet paper.
• Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided.
• The pool room doors are self-locking for safety/security reasons and to prevent little ones from gaining unattended access.
• Pool disclaimers: Swim at your own risk, no diving, no lifeguard on duty, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Absolutely no additives are to be used with the pool nor the hot tub. $1,000 fee.
• Bears are fairly common in the area. We usually see them on the road. Trash needs to be secured so the bears don’t make a mess and keep coming back to find food. Do not leave food in your vehicle nor outside.
• Do not overfill the washer nor dryer.
• When you are away from the cabin, please be certain that you have locked all exterior windows and doors. The front door lock can be locked by simply tapping the “Lock” icon in the lower right corner of the display.
• No fires allowed other than use of the provided park style charcoal grill. Please clean the charcoal grill with the provided brush and ash bucket after each use to prevent bear activity and to prepare the grill for the next use.
• No pets/animals. $500 fee.
• Absolutely no smoking. $500 fee.
• Checkout time is no later than 10:00am on the day of checkout.
• Late checkout is a $300 fee.
• Checkout instructions:
◦ Hand wash, dry, and put away large dishes.
◦ Run dishwasher if any medium-small dishes remain.
◦ Sign out of all smart TV accounts.
◦ Turn off all TV’s, fans, and lights.
◦ Store trash in the bear-proof trash cage next to the driveway and ensure it is securely shut.
◦ Close and lock all windows and doors.
◦ Send us a message to let us know that you have departed.
