As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the golf course views when staying at this home.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, two ovens, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 6. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 8 comfortably, and the breakfast nook seats an additional 7.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 5 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
(The owner has dogs that occasionally visit the home, otherwise the home is not pet friendly.)
