Just steps from Zion National Park

I had a wonderful stay here. The Villa was very clean and spacious and even came with my own family of deer that visited daily. The views are breathtaking. The staff is very friendly at both the spa and the restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Awesome stay!

The villa was as described. Comfortable and convenient. The bed was AMAZING with a great mattress and bedding (I’m kind of picky). The staff were awesome. Loved everything about it.

Zion Paradise

This is a top notch property within a 5 minute walk to the Zion Visitor Centre. The home is very roomy and clean with lots of out door space to enjoy the red rock views. The furniture is all very comfortable (inside and out) and the baby grand a nice little bonus if you are a piano player.

Amazing House Right Next to Zion Park

We booked this home through the Cliffrose Lodge (next door to the home) but somehow they screwed up and never gave the reservation to the owner. We did however call the owner before we arrived and fortunately the home was not reserved yet and she took care of everything. The house is within walking distance of the park and is absolutely amazing. It is also on the Virgin River. The only complaint was about the queen bed off the living room. It was too soft for my sister in law so she had to sleep on the couch. The downstairs bedroom with the queen is more like a studio apartment (without a kitchen) and we loved that. Booking this home also included all the amenities at the Cliffrose Lodge including free breakfast that was pretty good. Eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, breakfast burritos, cereals, breads/bagels, muffins, yogurts, milk, juice etc. I would highly recommend the Hummingbird Villa for anyone wanting to visit Zion. We would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great trip to Zion

This Villa is in the perfect location! Walking distance to Park entrance. Across the street from a great restaurant. Lovely accommodations...comfy bed, cozy throws Julie (the owner) thought of everything. Can't wait to go back!

Villa I is a wonderful accommodation--probably the best anywhere! Space is exactly as represented on the web site. Interneet worked great, Dish satellite worked just fine. It was so nice to have plentiful towel sets to use as we were in the Villa for a week & didn't wish to spend time doing laundry. Location is excellent. Space clean & well-maintained. Appreciated the call from Julie to let us know the North Rim had opened--we made the trip the following day. A great respite for us since we had been on the road for 10 weeks before checking into the Villa. Great location for visiting Zion, Bryce, & the North Rim. Koodoo's to Julie for creating such an inviting space!

Beautiful 1 Bedroom Villa Next To Zion National Park

The villa is even nicer than the pictures can show - wonderful views of red rock canyons, walking distance to Zion, a Shuttle Stop right in front of the unit, and great restaurants within walking distance. Zion is beautiful in the Spring and snow covered Bryce was just a couple of hours away for a day trip. We had a wonderful stay and Julie, the owner, is a gracious host who makes sure that all goes well with your stay. Highly recommended.

Zion Canyon has been my home since 1978. My now ex-husband and I came here and established what is now Flanigan's Inn, Spotted Dog Cafe and Deep Canyon Spa located just across the street from the Villa. I have traveled the world and am still thrilled with where I live. Loving the red rock and people of my community. One of the best parts of my career has been getting to know travelers from all over the world and helping them to experience our beautiful area. Please feel free to ask me for recommendations. I purchased, designed and extensively remodeled the Villa to be my home. Shortly after completing the project, I was offered a great job finishing and decorating another lodge which took about one year. During that time, my family's hotel occasionally would use my home for special guests. When I returned from my job, I found a mini-farm and started renting out my Villa. Some of the flowers you may have in the Villa will come from my farm about 4 miles from the Villa.

Springdale would be worthy of a visit even if she weren't embraced with the beauty of Zion Canyon. Springdale is a small town made up of many artists featured in our galleries and gift shops and has been compared to Sedona, Arizona, that is, the Sedona of yesteryear, small, quaint and artist oriented. We have 27 good to excellent restaurants with something for everyone's palette. April thru October the Zion Shuttle runs throughout Springdale into Zion's main canyon. It's free and runs every 7-10 minutes. When you arrive park you car and enjoy the ride. Our outdoor amphitheater runs a variety of concerts every season, including the Utah Symphony. Numerous other festivals occur thru the year starting with our St. Patty's Day parade, Flute Festival, 4th of July celebration, Zion Canyon Music Festival and others.
