Our 3/3.5 townhome is in a gorgeous complex with ample parking directly in front of the unit, high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, full kitchen, and full sized washer/dryer. Each bedroom has an en suite full bathroom. Enjoy visiting upstairs in the sitting area that is well stocked with board/card games as well as a sleeper sofa. Our condo is super convenient to enjoying Oxford or simply relaxing!

For the security of our property, there is a ring camera at the front/back door.

with a walk-in shower.
• 2nd floor - Two queen bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, both
equipped with a 40-inch smart TV.
• 2nd floor - Sitting area with a sleeper sofa and a 50-inch TV.

• Full modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite
countertops.
• Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for meal preparation.
• Dining table with seating for four (4).
• Breakfast bar with four (4) stools.
• Keurig coffee maker with a selection of coffees, tea and hot chocolate.

University, and to all the best shopping, dining and entertainment.

transportation to The Square and Ole Miss Campus.
• Restaurants, gas station, wine and spirits store are all very close by.
• Across from Hooper Hollow.
• Approximately 1 mile from Baptist Memorial Hospital.
• Approximately 6 miles from the Ole Miss Golf Course.

FURTHER DETAILS
• Two-story: Stairs must be used to access the two (2) queen bedrooms
and sitting area located upstairs.
• Two (2) designated parking spaces are located in front of the
townhome and additional parking is available on a first come basis.
• Ring cameras are located at the front and patio doors for the safety of
the property.

RULES
• Minimum age - The guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 23 years
old.
• Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.
• Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• No smoking or vaping.
• No pets.
• No parties or events.
