Perfectly located right on the beach, this home offers everything needed for a peaceful coastal escape, from relaxing by the pool and walking along the shore to exploring nearby Myrtle Beach attractions.

We loved the condo. The space was clean. The living area and main bedroom opened up to a patio with a great ocean view. Beach access was simple. The condo locations did not offer breakfast, but it was not a hassle as eating locations were within walking distance. All in all, it was a close to perfect stay.

Definitely not what was pictured. There was food garbage behind the bed from previous guest, a lot of grease above the microwave, carpet had lots of stains. Definitely need someone to clean better. Breakfast was no longer offered for guests. I never received the July gate code. I tried to message but for some reason it would not go through probably my phone ? I asked lady at front desk for the gate code and showed her my reservation she was not the nicest I will just leave it at that. I finally talk to security and he was very helpful and nice. They definitely need to clean and update!

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our week stay at 0730 Carolinian. The condo was very clean and cozy. The AC worked really well and the showers had great water pressure. The washer and dryer was so nice to have for the week. Great view of the beach and so spacious. We will be back!!

The view

I really love the view from the bedroom and the door leading to balcony. I enjoyed the tub which was very relaxing. The staff was very nice on helping. We enjoyed our stay will stay again in the future. My experience gets bigger each year this will be my go to once again.

The suite was nice as is, great view. Unfortunately had too many issues which included door code not working for a good part of one day, someone had to stay behind to open door so we weren't all locked out until code worked. Then power went out at dinner until noon next day, but no one was on site to assist. I called and sent a number of msgs and didnt feel like it was prioritized until I threatened to move somewhere else at their expense. Only received very small credit to compensate for 2 days these significant disruptions to our stay

We really enjoyed our stay, room was clean and exactly like it looked online. Being able to hear the waves during my rest time was fabulous and the complimentary breakfast was a plus. It catered to all 6 of us. I would suggest asking housekeeping to pay a little more closely to detail, I did pay for a extended checkout but they came in my room while we were still lying down around 930 ish, but other than that I have absolutely no complaints 😊

Condo was nicely supplied and was very clean. They are currently working on beach revitalization so it was very noisy and not easily accessible. Not the vault of the condo owners. Other wise had a very pleasant stay.
