Our goal is to create a family friendly environment while allowing the adults to enjoy a beautiful space on their vacation.
The stylish 1400 sq ft condo is incredibly spacious and the perfect size for families, remote workers, nomads, or vacation goers looking for a sunny chilled out beach town vacation rental. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a private rooftop terrace - plus it's in one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen just minutes from the beach, 5th Ave, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and more.
It includes two TotalPlay Fibre Optic WIFI connections, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, new or custom made furniture, two work spaces with brand new desks, brand new comfortable Sealy mattresses, walk in closet, washer/dryer, energy efficient LED lighting, pool, dedicated parking space, and security.
The condo is in the perfect location in the center of Playa del Carmen minutes to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the famous 5th Avenue! Mamitas Beach is just a short walk away.
The bright and sunny 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo features 2 balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a private rooftop terrace to dine, entertain, and take in the sun.
The master bedroom has a comfortable KING BED with new mattress, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. It also features glass sliding doors with access to one of the private balconies.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds with comfortable new mattresses, a built in closet, desk, rocking chair, and glass sliding doors with access to one of the private balconies.
The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed with new mattress and an ensuite bathroom with glass sliding doors overlooking the rooftop terrace. This large bedroom is adjoined to the rooftop terrace and includes a dedicated office space with desk and office chair.
All three bedrooms and the living room each have air conditioning and fans.
Department store linens, pillows, soft bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer, and iron are provided.
If you run an online business or are "working from home", the condo has an abundance of natural light and cool toned LED lights on the living room to create the ideal lighting for Zoom calls, creating online courses, or filming live videos for social media.
The open plan living area has large glass sliding doors that provide lovely natural lighting. They also have access to one of the private balconies overlooking the pool and courtyard.
The rooftop penthouse terrace also overlooks the pool and boasts ample outdoor seating and dining furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including brand new appliances and a Whirlpool oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
A washer and dryer will make long stays convenient and we also provide a clothing horse to air dry clothing quickly in the strong midday sun. (Please do not hang clothing or towels over the balcony rails.)
PLEASE NOTE: ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED. GUEST PAYS ELECTRICITY BASED ON THEIR USAGE.
We provide 10kw per day of electricity free of charge. Any usage above the provided amount is the responsibility of the guest to pay. We will provide a pictures of the electric meter at both check in and check out for verification of electricity usage.
