We needed a home that would accommodate our family members traveling to our daughter’s wedding at Fasig-Tipton. The home was perfect. The welcome snacks and drinks were very appreciated. The development was lovely and we felt safe going for walks. Kroger was very close and convenient. The distance to Fasig-Tipton was approximately 10 to 15 minutes. All depends on Kentucky traffic. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to Lexington. A nice folder that outlined the wi-fi password, what to do when leaving and nice suggestions for places to go and where to eat. Easy to communicate with the property manager.

House was wonderful and made our weekend so much better! In town for a family wedding and house was perfect! Lots of space - very clean - great communication and good location! Owners were great to work with and very kind.

Comfortable House in Great Location

We were in town for a wedding and really enjoyed this house, the nice neighborhood, and location to lots of stores.

Wonderful!

House was perfect for our family which includes teens and young adults. Plenty of sleeping accommodations and the bathrooms were updated and super clean. Best part was the location - close to everything on our agenda. We would stay again!

Wedding Weekend

We had a great weekend staying at your home. We were there for a family wedding and the location was close to everything we needed. The house was comfortable and easy to navigate for our 86 yo mother. We enjoyed the front porch to have our morning coffee. I would stay there again certainly.

Great location to KHP and plenty of food, gas options close to house.

We stayed for a weekend during the 90 degree heat wave. Our teenagers competed from sunrise to sunset at the KHP. When we returned to the house the thermostats were all preset to 72 degrees and would not go lower. At one point the main floor was 84 degrees. We followed the owners directions of keeping all of the inside doors closed, but that didn't provide any relief from the heat. Needless to say, we didn't have restful nights of sleep due to the heat. The house is adorable and provided plenty of space for all of us. Across the street from the neighborhood is a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy and fast food options. I'm giving our overall stay 3 stars due to the fact that we were so hot, but the house otherwise was very clean and was exactly as advertised.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location and lovely neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. Thanks for providing extra snacks and Ale8 sodas! Everything was wonderful! Would stay again 😊

Awesome Property

Our family gathered for our daughter’s graduation from UK. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything.

Amazing!

Very spacious, very well appointed, home near Kentucky horse park. Also very convenient access to stores and restaurants. Everything we needed

Fantastic stay in central Kentucky

We had 4 couples staying for 4 nights. The house was MUCH larger than it looks on line. 3 floors of well thought out renovation. Great lighting, well placed outlets, super comfortable beds and the bathrooms (all 3 of them) were modern, clean and well appointed. The basement was great with comfortable sitting areas, a nice game table and large TV. Perfect location for Bourbon Trail, Keenland, or events in downtown Lexington.
