We spent the weekend in Lexington for the UK vs Bama game. The home was exactly as shown in the photos and perhaps even better in person. The hosts communicated in advance of our stay, even asked us to create our own 4-digit PIN code for the door lock. The communication did not Stop after our arrival. They checked in with us on day 2 to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. It is close to many neighborhood restaurants and bars, with campus/downtown only 10 minutes away. The house is within 5 minutes of the airport and Keeneland. I will definitely try to get this place for our annual Keeneland trips. Thanks to the hosts for providing us a memorable weekend.

We were in town to attend a wedding at The Kentucky Castle and had seven adults staying with us. The property was perfect in every way. Location, cleanliness, supplies, space, etc. The home is very well appointed with premium finishes and fun equestrian themed decor. Our host Jeanette exceeded our expectations. She was extremely responsive and treated us like family. We arrived from a long car ride to find homemade baked cookies and a refrigerator stocked with eggs, bagels and other breakfast items. We have stayed in many homes across and I can say this property and host is at the top of our list. It’s a shame my wife and I couldn’t meet her in person to thank her for opening her home to us and treating us so nicely. We highly recommend this home if you are staying in the Lexington area. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic trip!

We had the best time at this property. It is very well set-up for a group of adult friends and would also be perfect for a family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and all the amenities provided were great. Location was great too! Centered between all the fun things, close to downtown, easy drive to the trail and convenient to UK.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated cozy vacation home. All of the beds were comfortable, the layout of the house is perfect, and the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking! It was also nice to have the extra warmth of the fireplace in the mornings and evenings. We've traveled to Lexington, KY many times to visit our son at UK and this is the best vacation home we've stayed in by far! Jeannette is a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this wonderful vacation home!

Fabulous property!!

We had 8 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable and the downstairs bathroom shower was amazing. Great open floor plan in the downstairs with the kitchen and living room flowing together to let us all spend time together. Outdoor fire pit was great for the entire group to relax on a chilly evening and spend time around. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Great location, close to race track and grocery store across the street as well.

Wonderful graduation weekend!

We could not have been happier with our stay at this property. We were there celebrating our son's graduation from University of Kentucky. It was an easy drive into the university for graduation. We enjoyed our time at the house sitting around the fire pit. It was also close to grocery shopping and a good pizza place. The house was comfortable, well decorated and equipped. We don't have another graduate but would definitely stay here again to attend Keeneland or a university event.

Can’t say enough good things about this property! We returned for a second year after our wonderful experience in 2021. Well Located and Super Comfortable

Our family of four had the whole upstairs while we took the K suite downstairs, we enjoyed the space and the equine decor. We were greeted with flowers, cookies, wine and breakfast food ...very generous. Other than Red River, no place we went was more than 30 minutes away. It was fun to walk the 2 blocks to hear music at the Moon Dance outdoor stage. Other highlights were Red State BBQ, Shaker Village, morning horse workout at Keeneland, and Ashland.
