Amazing Group Vacation Spot

They had everything we needed for an amazing group family vacation. We had all ages and the spacing of the bedrooms made it easy for each family to keep their own schedule and escape the chaos when needed. We loved the common area, pool, and easy beach access. The kitchen was perfect and it helped having 2 sinks!

Semi-Annual Family Gathering

We had four generations come together from Baltimore, Richmond, and Palm Coast and the house was the perfect place for us. Needless to say, it won't be the last visit to Key to Paradise.

Beautiful Property! Elevator Not So Great!

Clean! Beautiful View! All Wonderful except the elevator. The repair man came promptly but the elevator was not reliable.

We are happy to hear that our staff was able to get a vendor out quickly to fix the elevator issues for you. We understand that home elevators can be tricky to use. We do everything we can to prevent amenity issues but, sometimes it is beyond our control, which is why we stress the the importance of remedying issues quickly to our maintenance technicians and vendors

The house is beautiful and was very clean with gorgeous views of the beach! However, we were disappointed about a few things when we arrived. There was NO soap anywhere in the house, not even bar soap in any of the 7 bathrooms or the kitchen. We all needed to go to the bathroom after traveling and had to use face wash that we brought to wash our hands! The wrong size sheets were on several of the beds and we had to switch most of them. We only received 1 small, thin bath towel per person. There is a pool at the house, but if you didn't bring a towel, you had to use your 1 bath towel to dry off. There was only 1 kitchen towel provided even though there are 2 sinks in the kitchen and no hand towel for the half bath. I also requested early check in on Monday (we arrived on Thursday) and was told there was no way to communicate that to the cleaners so it would not be allowed. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in, the cleaners had already been there so I called to see if we could get in and was told it was not possible because the door code was not activated until 4pm. At 4pm, we tried the door code and it did not work. I called and the person reset the code with me while I was on the phone, I wonder why that couldn't be done when I called at 3:30. Overall, the house is lovely, but I'm not sure I would rent it again due to the issues described above.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced regarding the soap and towel supplies, incorrect sheet sizing, and the check-in process. We understand how frustrating those issues must have been, especially after traveling. Our properties do operate on a limited starter supply setup, but we appreciate your feedback regarding the quantity and overall guest experience, and we will certainly share your comments with management for review. We also apologize for the confusion surrounding the door code activation and early check-in communication. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas where we can improve both communication and operational processes moving forward.
