NEW CONSTRUCTION! Pelican Bay is a custom built, luxurious, oceanfront home. Enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. This 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home with a professionally designed interior can comfortably accommodates 20 guests. This home will surely exceed all the needs of your family. Take a dip in your large 15’6ft x 30ft private pool with built-in hot tub!
This pristine oceanfront home leaves no detail behind! Enjoy being just a few short steps away from the soft Holden Beach sand or enjoy a dip in your large private pool. Carefully situated on the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a large, open kitchen, living and dining room with an abundance of natural lighting. Bedroom #1 (Pelican) offers a King bed, private bathroom and views of the glistening ocean with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #2 (King Crab) offers a King bed, private bathroom and views of the soft sands of Holden Beach, with access to the covered deck. Bedroom #3 (Sea Horse) offers a Queen bed with a shared hall bath. Enjoy cooking tasty meals in the well-stocked kitchen with ice maker, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Make mealtime family time eating together in the large dining room. Take the entertainment into the living room and enjoy board games, cards, and a large screen tv. On the 2nd floor you will be greeted by 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Bedroom #4 (Coral Reef) offers a Queen bed and large private bathroom with front porch access. Bedroom #5 (Pirate Cove) offers 2 full/twin bunk beds with a full shared bathroom, Bedroom #6 (Sea Turtle) offers an ocean front king bedroom and private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. Bedroom #7 (Surfs Up) offers an ocean front Queen bed with private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. Bedroom #8 (Sand Dollar) offers a king bed with a private bath with access to the covered deck overlooking the shore. On the 2nd floor you will also find a complete laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. On the second floor is a secondary entertainment room with a large TV perfectly situated for the younger crowd to enjoy their own getaway.
The entrance level has a large game room located outside behind the garage door. Spend hours playing ping pong, darts and cornhole and when heading to the beach enjoy the beach chairs that have been provided.
All rooms have TV’s and WIFI, along with Sonos capable speakers inside and out.

Beautiful House

Wonderful stay with a group of friends. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our large group to spread out. The pool was a hit with the kids. Easy walk down to the beach. Beach was a little crowded closer to the weekends due to proximity to pier/public beach access but not a deal breaker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely loved this house!! Everything was the best from the furniture,beds and the xta accessories. We loved having the beach chairs for the ocean,rather than bringing them along in travel.This house has everything you need for the kitchen also.The only thing we wish they offered was xta bath towels .Thanks for a fantastic vacation. Hopefully we will be able to return in 2 years. Our family plans a trip very 2 years.

Family reunion

House has everything you need. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need as far as cookware and place settings. We used every room and were comfortable with 16 adults plus kids. The only thing I would consider is not advertising a hot tub if it isn't heated. A hot tub isn't a hot tub unless it is heated. Beautiful home and responsive hosts.

Beautiful house, fully stocked and clean

Our extended family, ages 7-79, loved this house! It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with anything we might need. We enjoyed the number of bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. The huge laundry room was very helpful. Loved having the extra living space on the top floor for young kids who wake up early. The kitchen was massive and had plenty of dishware and cooking supplies. Plenty of seating for everyone! The pool was a big hit, and the game room, fully stocked with beach chairs, and pool accessories, was also enjoyed. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We loved all the deck space around the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Best property we've stayed at

This was an amazing house that fit all of our needs. We had ages 11 through 82 and there was something for everyone. The house was stocked better than any home we have ever stayed at. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms that nobody felt like they were on top of each other. The game room in the garage and the pool were a hit. We also loved having all the beach chairs and a wagon to pull out to the beach.We played card games by the pool, watched a few movies and grilled dinner one night. Having 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers was really convenient!It was a perfect family reunion meeting spot. We would definitely stay again.

Nicest Family Vac at the Beach Ever!

1. The House was everything we wanted. Clean, organized with every amenity we needed. It's more than capable of handling a large group. 16+ 2. Location was perfect. We were on the beach, away from traffic, near restaurants, near golf etc... 3. Our host was very responsive and informative. 4. We plan to book again for 2025. The family has insisted we go back to this same beach home.
