This snowbird-friendly home is the perfect home base to explore San Antonio - you are within 14 miles of downtown yet far away enough to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy being close to fantastic attractions, including Seaworld, Pearsall Park, Millers Pond Park, Traders Village San Antonio, Security Forces Museum, Tobin Center For The Performing Arts, South Park Mall, and more. This home is also two and a half miles from Lackland Air Force Base where families come to attend the Basic Military Training graduations every week on Thursdays.

This sunny home enjoys an enclosed backyard. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home features a welcoming living area where the entire group can spread out comfortably and stream favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, feel free to break out any of the provided board games and get ready for an entertaining evening at home! The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the small coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. Additional perks include a washer/dryer.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
