Host was awesome, master bed & bath very nice. Minor issues with stair handrail, living room accent rug (corners curled up) and evening road noise. A great deal for the money. We would stay here again. Many thanks!

This was an absolutely perfect place for our family. Convenient location for all our needs. The house itself is clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood location. We were blessed to have our grandson graduate from Military Basic Training on Thanksgiving and this house helped us make it feel like home. We were also blessed to be joined by four other graduates for Thanksgiving Dinner. Three were brand new naturalized citizens. The large living room was nice and seated everyone perfectly. The dinning area was wonderful two tables so games could be at one and snacking at the other. The pool table and hot tub were a bonus for these young hardworking and deserving young men. Family being in one house was the greatest blessing. Thank you Grant for allowing us to use your house.

Camera placement above the hot tub needs to be revisited. I am sure the location is for security, but we did not feel comfortable using it due to the placement. I more in depth cleaning specifically the bathroom and Kitchen between guest.Add blinds/curtains in kitchen. No privacy when in kitchen. Without blinds or curtains, you easily can make eye contact with drivers of large trucks in gas station parking lot behind house.it also allowed the parking lot lights to be irritating when enjoying time in living room.Neighborhood was louder than expected. Overall, spacious nice home with comfortable seating, great pool table and with a few tweaks will be a great place to stay.

The master bedroom was really dusty, the fan, the inside of the shower and the restroom was missing a fixture in the restroom and it was full of dust. No other issues.

Plenty of room to relax with our airman. Overall, nice place to stay. Cleaning service needs to pay more attention to details. The walls going up the stairs still dirty. A few minor updates need to be made: stair railing coming out of wall, loose door handle on upstairs closet, bad caulking around kitchen sink window, and the back door should have shades or curtains.

We were so impressed with this home. Plenty of room for our family to visit with our airman. Furniture & Beds very comfortable. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Hosts communication was great too. Very easy to get into home after a long day of flying. Definitely worth the money for a home away from home.

Wonderful Stay!

Me, my boyfriend and friends Stayed for only one night. But the home was wonderful! Easy to check into and the home itself was very clean. truly a great experience in a quiet neighborhood!

Large kitchen, comfy beds, and the number of baths were great for our family reunion. We liked the location because it was close to everything and anything. My only complaint is the carpet and the paint. The carpet is old and in need of replacement imo. The walls need painted, I'm sure due to the traffic a house like this gets from large families. It wasn't pretentious, so we were relaxed in the home. Grant was very responsive and helpful about the temp in the house, as we were here in the hottest time of the year. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Property as advertised. Was on a busy street. Not a big deal for most but we were not used to hearing street traffic. There was some confusion with the door code and we paid to check in early so not a good way to start our trip.

This property features a relaxing garden, spa, bar and pool table. A kitchen large enough to cook and host a family meal, and walkable to multiple restaurants. Sea world is a short six minute drive and highways leading to Six Flags and Downtown are close by. Every bedroom and living space has a smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and YouTube TV. You'd be hard pressed to not enjoy yourself while relaxing in comfort.
