Stayed here with a coworker on a work trip and couldn't be happier. The location is great with the park right outside the door and path to the beach, and I enjoy taking a dip in the pool. This is the second property from this management group that we stayed at and both have been spacious, clean, well appointed, and the communication and check-in process are seamless.

Th location is great, the park next to was wonderful and the beach is right there. The place looks like the pictures, nothing fancy but perfect for my family. Would stay there again!

Clean, spacious condo with all the amenities. An abundance of walking paths right outside door and easy walk to beach. Pickleball and tennis courts a short walk away.

A very nice apartment. Clean and well stocked with supplies. We stayed with our cockapoo. Only occupied one of the bedrooms, both were nice. Some things could use a bit of maintenance, but as a beach rental I think it was fine. We had a bit of confusion with the door code on arrival but the owner was quite responsive and was quickly resolved. This rental is great if you are bringing a dog. The property adjoins Carlin park. Plenty of space to walk your dog. And within a few minutes you can walk to the north end of Dog Beach where your dog can be off leash for approximately 2.5 miles of shoreline. We live on Florida west coast so not a long ride and definitely keeping this apartment in mind.

quick family trip

We were visiting family on the coast and wanted somewhere for the weekend. This place worked out perfectly and when we were not with family, my kids loved swimming in the pool and I enjoyed walks in the nearby park and on the beach.
