Our guests can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including 2 heated swimming pools, a hot tub and parking. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from the pool area.

Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed.

Important Information – Scheduled Lobby Renovation
Please note that lobby renovations are scheduled from August 27 through October 25. During this period, there may be intermittent construction noise and activity in the lobby area. Renovation work is expected to take place daily Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

- Beach: direct access from a lower-level pool
- Pool: pool chairs, pool/beach towels and umbrellas
- Lobby/Front Desk open 24/7
- Concierge Desk
- Valet parking
- Pool Bar: Open 7 Days, 11 am until 8 pm
- Gift Shop/Mini Mart: Open Tuesday through Saturday 9 am until 5 pm
- Pool Office- Towels, etc.: Located in Cabana 101 and is open from 6 am until 9 pm
- The two Jacuzzis at the Lower Pool are open and operating

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old. (Doesn`t apply to families with kids. The age minimum is for young groups.).
Please be advised that only 2 chairs and 2 beach towels are provided as complimentary at the beach.

Washers and dryers are shared and on the same floor.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.
