Family Beach Vacation

We had the most enjoyable stay here! It was everything we'd hoped for and this gem made for the perfect family getaway. Our home away from home was super close to the beach, shops, and good food. I appreciated the friendly service of the rental property, as the check in/out process went smoothly. We can't wait to go back!

It was very clean and newly renovated. All new appliances. The space was nice and roomy. Great location. The only negative was the bedding. They definitely need new bedding.

Great area

The location is great. Checkin easy. Nice and clean but there were some huge cockroaches that we killed inside. My daughter is not a bug person. They also do not leave cleaning supplies and there was only one roll of tp per bathroom. The area is quite and out of the busy and has an easy quick route to the docks!

Nice

We enjoyed our stay however the dryer didn’t work for the first 3 weeks. Fixed now for whoever stays next. Very quiet neighborhood. Needs a can opener. Had to call for first lawn mowing but then they came each week. Well remodeled home.

Good place to stay.

The only glitch we had was the washing machine did not work. However, the property manager did our laundry for us. When techs came to check on the washing machine, it needed a part. We were there for 18 days and it worked just fine. We cooked most meals ourselves. Just a note that there is no crockpot, which we would have used to make food to be ready when we got home from the beach. One other item that would have been nice, is a hair dryer. The property manager (Silver Sands) was great to work with.

They place smells of mildew Hall bathroom door would not close The faucet in the hall bath was not connected and made it difficult to control water temp The dryer would not get hot I It looks like they were still in the building process the refrigerator still had tape in the inside
