The space:
Enjoy the privacy of the entire house consisting of 3 rooms upstairs: 2 clean bedrooms with closets. The 3rd room has a desk and a queen sleeper sofabed/couch, the pullout bed will be made up upon request or will remain a sofa. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen and eat in dining area. Theres an enclosed porch with a sectional couch which provides a descent amount of seating. Outside has a spacious deck with a grill overlooking a large fenced in yard with a fire pit. Also enough parking space for 3 cars between the driveway and street.

A 5 min walk to Pinkney Park/Town or a 5 min bike ride to Bayley Beach.
