Perfect getaway for a couple or families, better than glamping! Trails cut around the 25 acres ready for you to explore. Huge open garage hangar available to use as you like... family gathering, birthday party, family fun activities, bags, badminton, pickleball, bike riding, whatever your imagination can come up with. Master with King Bed on main level along with full bathroom, kitchen, living room, bar and small table. Upstairs you will find a giant loft and 2 non-conventional bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. Out your front door you will find a patio with furniture for lounging and a beautiful campfire site complete with boulder seats and hammocks for relaxing! Get connected to nature and find your peace in this serene, peaceful and gorgeous location.

Just the escape we needed
Graduation weekend can be extremely stressful, it was really nice to have this little Haven to go to to be together and relax. It rained quite a bit while we were there but the porch overhang is perfect for sitting to listen to it. The garage is huge so no one was bored while it rained and there is so much room for activities! Grocery stores and restaurants within 15 minutes you're immediately back to everything you could possibly need if you want to be. The frog chorus at night was enchanting. The warning from the house about ticks and some poison ivy around the wilder grounds should be taken seriously but, with precaution, you would be missing out if you did not explore a little! Watch your head on the upstairs bedrooms we did have a couple of head bonks getting into the very comfortable beds. Although there is only one bathroom the rainfall shower head, which is high enough to accommodate the tall members of our family, was quite wonderful. Not only would we recommend this host to others, we would happily stay here again ourselves. Just remember, even though it's a little tricky to find it, that means no one's going to find you on this escape!!

Beautiful
I hate big cities, but I think I could live here. It is situated perfectly on the property. No ttraffic, no noise other than nature. Owners are very easy to get along with as well. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property.

Great lil getaway close to everything Kansas City
Great Property, the Dog loved it the most. The barndo is cute, and the big open space/garage was great for the cold weather and the teens to burn energy and played a few heated badminton and pickle ball games. It was clean and easy to get into. We will be back again.

We are a fun loving family of 5. My husband (C.O.) and I (Kristen) are the proud parents of three girls. We live in Missouri and are excited to get to spend time at our "Green Haven", our home away from home and to share this home with others. We enjoy being able to get away to the peace and quiet and all the 25 wooded acres has to offer. We feel blessed knowing our girls will grow up in such a great environment making priceless memories.

This property is very special to us. When we found 25 wooded acres for sale in the Blue Springs South School district with a pond, a creek and a beautiful custom created "Barn-dominium" we knew we had found a diamond in the rough. We dream of building a custom home on this land some day and creating a space where others can come and build memories, restore, rejuvenate and grow. This is a place we hope our family and yours will return to for generations to come. We think that you will find the house is uniquely situated on 25 wooded acres in Grain Valley, MO, just 5 minutes from major highways. This property is just north of Lake Lotawana, just east of Lake Jacomo, just south of Blue Springs South High School, a 25 min drive to the stadiums and a 29 min drive to the Plaza in downtown Kansas City. This house offers a King master bedroom for couples and additionally offers 2 rooms off of the upstairs loft for families. Highlights of the property include the fire pit with natural stone seats and the massive 36 x 40 garage.

Highlights of the property include the fire pit with natural stone seats and the massive 36 x 40 garage. Ample garage space large enough for recreation vehicles with two 12x10 garage doors and approx. 36x40 of garage space that your family can use in a magnitude of ways. Travel into the beautiful craftsman lodging quarters, most of the finished trim/wood work has been sourced from the property. Main level finished area features full kitchen with stainless appliances, butcher block style counter tops, kitchen island with handcrafted walnut. Open concept from kitchen into living room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning stove. Master Bedroom along with laundry facilities, kitchen, and full bathroom located on main level. Approx. 600 sf finished upstairs loft area plus the 2 non conforming bedrooms. This is Unincorporated Jackson county with freedom to roam. It has been decorated in earth tones with comfort and simplicity in mind to allow you to rest, relax and recharge and provide you with the perfect "Green Haven".
