Cette ferme récemment rénovée de deux étages est une belle maison de campagne. C'est spacieux mais confortable et chaud. Sa taille permet aux grandes familles ou groupes de passer du temps ensemble et d'être à l'aise. Votre groupe peut préparer un repas dans la grande cuisine et s'asseoir pour l'apprécier ensemble à la grande table à manger. Le porche couvert est idéal pour s'asseoir. Le pont a une cheminée qui est sûr de dessiner tout le monde pour une soirée de détente. La maison se trouve sur 12 acres et a une grande cour avec beaucoup d'ombre fournie par les arbres matures. Il y a de nombreuses plantes et fleurs dans toute la cour, y compris une mer de jaune et blanc lorsque les jonquilles sont en fleurs. C'est vraiment une belle vue. Vous pouvez profiter de la balançoire à l'intérieur du gazebo tout en surplombant l'étang à travers les arbres. Vous pouvez regarder les cerfs, les oiseaux et les écureuils pendant leur journée. Cette propriété est un endroit merveilleux pour ralentir et passer du temps avec ses amis et ses proches.

We are a group of friends that like to go on adventures. We really enjoyed our stay at this farmhouse. We loved how it had plenty of rooms so every single or couple could have their own room. Three full bathrooms was another great feature. It was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Hot tub was in great condition and we utilized it every night. We had a fire out back one night and really appreciated the convenience of supplying firewood for sale. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend get away with friends

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY!! The house was VERY clean, comfortable, well-equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, roomy for accommodating our group of eight adults. At the end of our weekend, it was agreed upon all, if at all possible, we would make this an annual trip!! We all agreed we would most definitely stay here on future trips!

Great Family Celebration!

The goal of our trip was to hang with family, cook meals and hike! All were easily accomplished. You can easily access many trails from this location and there are so many places to sit with family and have conversation and fun. The house is updated and clean. Beds comfortable for many to stay. Kitchen fully stocked with supplies needed to cook large meals. Hot tub was clean, maintained and enjoyable! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

The Tip Top Farmhouse, located in a beautiful and serene setting, provided first class accommodations. The Farmhouse has been exceptionally maintained and provided every amenity that one could desire. The downstairs has an open configuration which promotes family meals and conversations. The beds were very comfortable and the long outdoor porch with numerous chairs to sit in provided the perfect place to gather for morning coffee. Our stay was so enjoyable, we are already discussing a possible date to return sometime next year.

Would definitely go back!

House was charming and very well stocked! Super clean! Beds were comfy! Sleeping arrangements and multiple full bathrooms were all major pluses for our group! May not be suitable for everyone as interior stairwell was steep, and multiple areas had step-downs that may be trip hazards to some, but these were not major hindrances to our party! If the circumstances fell into place, we would definitely rent this home again!

Best family getaway

My dad is blind and he likes to travel very seldom, but he wanted a place for his grandsons to come and just visit together. This was amazing. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening, but the spacious yard for us sit, relax and enjoy each other. The farmhouse is amazing for families that want to enjoy nature. We are blessed to have found it. The ownere were beyond amazing! Checked on us, gave us recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Thank you, hope to be back.

Perfect for Family Vacation!

Beautiful, clean, large home that easily accommodated our group of 9. Plenty of dishes and cookware for all the meals we prepared. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, plenty of space to play outdoor games, and we also enjoyed the hot tub and swing. Owners were quick to respond and fun to talk with. Lots of trails with stunning views within short driving distance. Recommend the Skylift up to Natural Bridge and the new miniature golf course. Thanks, James and Elizabeth!

Hiking and fellowship

Group of 11 ladies taking time away to hike and fellowship. House had everything we needed with the hot tub being an extra bonus. Bedroom/bathroom doors could be oiled to help with squeaking in the middle of the night. Wish the master bath had a door. Loved the big kitchen table and we all fit in the living room. Would stay here again.

The perfect VRBO!

My family and i loved the farmhouse. It was so so clean and had everything we needed and even some things we forgot at home. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Libby and James are the best hosts with very warm personalities that make you feel right at home. You will not find a home anywhere with this quiet, peaceful feeling. Look no further, book the tip top farmhouse. We are definitely booking here again . Oh did i mention how comfortable the beds are. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home and grounds with us!!

Exceeded my expectations

This Farmhouse exceeded my expectations from the very first look. While driving up the driveway, you see the very well manicured grass and landscaping. Once you open the wood/glass door the interior decorating looks like you are in a very expensive home with the white interior decorating throughout the house. The bedrooms and eating area met my big familys needs. There was not a time at my stay where the house feel like it was too small. Thus was a GREAT PICK. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Red River Gorge Adventure

Very impressed with the property, it was very clean and had nice linens on all the beds. It was easy to locate and within a short driving distance of most of the hiking trails in Red River Gorge and Natural bridge. The hot tube was very well maintained and a pleasant way to end the day after hiking. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking accessories, and serving dishes. . We celebrated our Thanksgiving meal and played games at the beautiful farm table. (We were a party of 10 adults and one child). The only regret was there was only one TV in the living room and our one child brought his play station game, thus limiting the adults from watching TV when he played his games.. Would definitely rent again!

Easy, clean, and fun home

11 in total of us went to spend a weekend here and it was perfect. James and Elizabeth provided more than enough local info for hiking and eating. Made sure we had everything down to ovenmitttens. Beautiful home on secluded plot of land and about 20 minutes away from hiking spots. 100/10 experience. You will regret not booking with them!!

RRG 2022 climbing trip

This is a great house with great hosts for any trip to the area. We were a group of rock climbers and having a fully functional kitchen, a nice place to hang out on rest days and a hot tub makes for a perfect vacation. This is an excellent location if you are climbing in Miller's Fork or the PMRP.
