This amazing spacious 4 bed pool home in Residential States is dog friendly (see notes about pets), close to the lake, water access, London Bridge, Old Town, Sara Park, skate park, golf course, ATV trails, bike path, hiking trails and other great City amenities. Enjoy the large pool with umbrella shades & in pool seating & table. The game room has billiards, foosball, ping pong & exercise & yoga and the separate kids wing that sleeps 6-8 kids.
The home is designed with multi-family vacation in mind.
*The Master Bedroom:
The master has a king bed, 43" smart TV and a Lighting McQueen toddler bed stored in the large walk-in closet. We also have 2 twin fold away beds that can be placed on the floor of any bedroom if needed.
*Bedroom 2 and 3:
The other 2 main bedrooms have queen beds and 55" smart TV's.
*Kids Wing and Game Room:
When you walk through the door two doors to the laundry room you enter into the game room and kids wing and because there are 2 doors between these rooms you can keep the house very quiet and peaceful when everybody is in the kids wing and game room.
The kid's wing has two- single over full bunk beds and a 43" smart TV. Also available are the two-fold out single beds. These can be used in the other bedrooms as well to keep the little ones close. The Game Room has billiards, ping pong and foosball. We keep a variety of yoga and work out equipment in the closet in the game room as well. There is also blue tooth speaker for music and 55" TV. There is also pub seating to watch the action from the sidelines.
*Living Room:
In the living room there is tons of seating with 3 couches and the center couch is a sofa sleeper. There is a 65"smart TV.
*Dining, Kitchen and AZ room:
There is a large dining table that sits 8. There is also a breakfast nook table that seats 4. There is also a table in the AZ room that sits 4. The
AZ room is also heated and air conditioned with patio seating. and with 4 huge sliders can become part of the outside if desired. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. Has a coffee maker and keurig (included are fresh whole beans and pods.) Toaster, waffle maker, blender, mixer, baking sheets, spices and more.
*Pool and outside:
There is plenty of sun and shade outside, the pool has wrap around seating and 2 waterfalls at one end and granite table and seating with large umbrella at other end. There is grass, chairs and umbrellas around sides of the pool.
There is a BBQ and propane fire pit table to enjoy as well.

Important House Notes/Rules:
This home is most comfortable with 6-8 adults and 6-8 kids. This combination can be flexible with approval. Please review sleeping accommodation and photos to make sure the layout works for your group. This is a family home not a party house. PETS: When bringing your house trained pet we need to know the age and breed and weight of your dog(s). The fee you pay through Vrbo is for one pet only. Pet fee is $25 per day, per pet with a 2 pet maximum. The fee you pay through Vrbo is for one pet only so please be aware that if you bring more than one pet you will have to pay the difference. This fee will be paid after booking.

*Pool heating is additional charge of $35.00 a day. Some hosting sites do not have a section for pool fee. This fee will be paid after booking.
*Absolutely no pets in pool, on furniture or left unattended in home.
*No unattended children in or near the pool (the pool is ungated)
*Quiet time hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am (per Lake Havasu City noise ordinance law). Any reports of noise violation can result in immediate eviction from home and possible loss of deposit.
*No unregistered guests.
*No fireworks of any kind for any reason.
*No smoking, no vaping, no illegal drugs in or on the property.
*NO GLASS OUTSIDE. We supply plastic plates and cups for outside use.
*Keep Garage door closed to keep game tables clean and room has air conditioning.
*Do not use garbage disposals. All food waste to be thrown away in the trash.
Disposals are not made to handle the volume that a vacation rental produces.
Cooking oils to be disposed in trash not down sink drains. Please wait for oils to cool.
*We also have side parking and a fenced area that can fit boat/jet ski/ side by side trailer around 25 feet.
