LOCATION
This home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Avalon Park, just minutes from the Lake Havasu Golf Club, Lake Havasu area beaches, the London Bridge, multiple state parks, and the dozens of restaurants, bars, and nightlife of downtown Main Street; allowing you to experience the ultimate vacation in Lake Havasu City.

Guests will have access to the entire property minus a couple locked closets (not in bedrooms) and one of the garages is a game room.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

POOL HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>Pool heated to 85 degrees
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice

>One night stays = $200 to heat the pool

PETS
>$100/stay per pet
>$200 charge if pets not disclosed
>Must pick up after pet and accompany at all times

FIREPIT/GRILL
>We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you

DEPOSIT
>We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays

Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4--6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
