This 1700’s estate is a perfect winter retreat. It's situated on 3+ acres & serves as a serene and secluded escape from the city. If cozying up for some remote work is your vibe, the wood burning fireplaces & multiple living areas provide great space for reading, working & unwinding. It's a great spot for spending a few intimate days with family or friends, with plenty of room to spread out yet still come together in the shared spaces.

The entire property and the host are fantastic! There is plenty of space to spread out and relax, the amenities inside the home are first rate and there is plenty of space outside the home and on the property to explore/enjoy.

This is an amazing property, beautiful, clean, spacious, has everything you need to cook or entertain. The outdoor seating areas were a huge bonus and the owners were great to communicate with!

A FIVE STAY home!!! Our stay at this amazing property could not have been ANY better! The house is stunning & spacious. The grounds are beautiful, especially the surrounding golf course. The patio is super spacious with lots of seating, a grill and fire pit. The hosts were VERY chill, responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful house. Perfectly appointed. Beautiful surroundings. Perfect for 8 or ten people. Wonderful hosts who are immediately responsive and helpful in every way. We hope to stay there again in the years to come. Greatest rental that we’ve ever had!Plenty of parking. Lovely view of the golf course and located in a storybook country setting. An easy drive to the center of town, cafes, markets and beach.

Graduation Celebration home away from home

This house was the perfect getaway spot for our daughter's graduation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including AC, comfy beds, and blankets. There were even booster seats for our grandsons. It is situated on a beautiful golf course, which was lovely scenery during morning coffee. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing country getaway!

Absolutely wonderful house

This gorgeous home was our chosen site for a photoshoot featuring womens apparel, pottery, linens, and other household items. It was a perfect home for this purpose and had enough room to comfortably house 5 of us in separate bedrooms. The owners were responsive ro questions we had and very helpful. The location on the CT golf course is a huge perk as there are walking trails throughout that are accessible in winter. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a big group, especially if you appreciate the character of a home built in the 1700s.

Family Christmas

We feel very fortunate to have found this beautiful country home in a lovely, bucolic location. The updated kitchen and adjoining dining space was perfect for our large family meals. Children and adults alike were delighted with the comfortable beds and charming bedroom choices.There are multiple living areas which is great for families. We have no complaints, it was a terrific family Christmas.

Great House!

The property was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, comfortable — exactly as advertised! An old farmhouse that is spectacularly maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Stunning home

We loved our stay. Just a fabulous home, so beautiful, everything was sublime. So many rooms to explore downstairs, beautiful and comfy bedrooms upstairs with ample amount of bathrooms. So great for groups and large families. Wish there was more planned out outdoor seating and lights around the property. Everything was so smooth and easy and lovely dealing with the owners on any questions or concerns. We’ll be back!

Beautiful, charming, and comfortable!

We were in town for a family event in the area. This home was beautifully equipped, and beautifully furnished. The beds were all comfortable with luxurious linens. We particularly enjoyed the spacious sitting areas, both indoors and outside on a lovely stone terrace overlooking a golf course . Our hostess was gracious enough to let us check in early on Friday. She was always available for questions. The check-in process could not have been easier, highly recommend this beautiful property.
