It sleeps up to five people and includes a front and back balcony. Only a few short blocks from restaurants, shopping, and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, JJRow offers you close proximity to Geneva’s heartbeat. An incredible historic home in the heart of old Geneva NY, stocked with everything you need and nice little touches everywhere. Great communication from the host, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable beds, beautiful balconies, couldn't be happier with our stay. The best place to stay in Geneva!

Second time staying at this property, so that should already tell you something. Location is great to both walk into town as well as to the HWS campus. House is very clean and rooms are each plenty big enough. Beds are all comfortable. Host is very responsive to questions as well.

This house was beautiful and thoughtfully curated. It was well stocked with the essentials and very very clean. The location was fantastic and everything was within walking distance. A plus to have a small park right next door. The beds were comfortable and great to have a/c up stairs for sleeping comfortably. Awesome touch to have the book with photos about the house and it's past. We will definitely be returning to this house!

It made such an important family occasion even more special and enjoyable. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean. There is no outdoor seating, except for a balcony in one of the upstairs bedrooms that overlooks the neighbors' yards. Having a few chairs on the front porch and/or in the small front garden would be a nice touch for evenings: cocktails, enjoying the breeze, sitting outside, etc. This lack of outdoor space would be the only thing preventing me from renting again. The host is extremely quick to respond, answer questions, and be an overall help. It is a beautiful house.
