Welcome to our charming casita cottage in the heart of Las Vegas!

Nestled in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood, our cozy casita offers a perfect retreat for your stay in the Entertainment Capital of the World. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or a business trip, our casita provides a comfortable and convenient home base.
Our casita offers the luxuries of home as well as a Tropical Paradise right outside the door with our beautiful pool and tranquil outside amenities.
The space
We have a charming casita/guesthouse that is detached from our home that provides you with a private entrance and your own space.

Inside you will find a king bed with luxurious bedding as well as a comfortable couch that can also be pulled out to a queen bed. We do also have a crib and twin air mattresses that are available.

We have our listing for 4 people as there are beds for 4 people. We will accommodate up to 6 if they are children to use the air mattress.

There is a full bath with vanity, toilet and shower. Inside the bathroom there is also a closet to hang your clothing as well as extra towels and bedding.

We provide a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker with all the coffee and fixings to wake up and make a great cup of coffee. There is a small table for two to eat or use as a workspace.

You have a 70" tv on the wall that has all the streaming services for you to log into. We have wi-fi as well as our lamps on the nightstands have USB ports built in for easy charging and access.

When you walk outside you see a tropical paradise pool. There is a couch seating area to enjoy the view and enjoy your morning or evening. You have access to the pool and hot tub, as well as a Blackstone and BBQ if you like to cook.

Pleasurable

The place was great. In my opinion the owners shpild introduce themselves. We didnt mind and actually enjoyed roxy, but to give notice of her and her name would of been good headsup. The bar area wasnt wipped down. Overall a decent place and would recommend. Just heads up about dog and clean the bar and pool.

This was an enjoyable stay.

The cottage was a bit smaller than what we envisioned, but our two teenaged grand daughters and us thoroughly enjoyed the property. Especially our welcoming hostess....Roxy!! The neighborhood was very nice and was located close to many amenities. Thumbs up for the vacation rental!

North Las Vegas Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s guest house. It was very roomy and comfortable. Plus, a hot tub was an additional plus. Leslie was very responsive for any questions we had. Would definitely stay again if ever in the Vegas area.

This place met all expectations (off the strip but close enough for Lyft, clean, safe). The host was amazing and super responsive. The casita and backyard were beautiful and perfect. Would stay here again!

Casita cottage

the cottage was perfect for me and my son for a weekend in vegas for a soccer tournament. Leslie and Jon were super communicative and helpful in getting the hot tub heating on request. Very nice property.

Oasis

My husband and i had a great stay with Leslie. The backyard is amazing with the pool, hot tub and water slide. There were grills and towels and floaties. The Mother inlaw suit is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had a great time. It did take about 30 min to the strip but Lyft worked perfectly.

Nice Cottage

Had a very nice stay at this casita cottage. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked very inviting.

Great Girls Trip spot!!!

Wonderful little spot with so much to do in town and a wonderful cool vibe when you're just there chilling. Our "Host" dog Roxy checked on us multiple times and made sure we were happy with her services! She got all the loves!

Quick stay

We booked only a few days at casita cottage, due to avaiability and understand now why its so popular! The hosts were incredably kind with greeting us and accomidating our needs. The pool was a lot of fun for our family. We have already recommended this place to family who plan to visit our retired parents this year.

Perfect home away from home

Amazing stay!!! The beds were so comfortable and the hosts provided snacks and drinks. The pool was the highlight for our family and really made the whole trip. The hosts were friendly and kind and made sure to great us!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Fabulous pool

We really enjoyed staying here! The studio was cozy yet roomy with tall ceilings and everything we needed. The pool and hot tub with the waterfalls are definitely the highlight, a serene getaway- all to ourselves- was perfect for a mom and daughter’s trip! 30 minutes north of the strip gives a nice scenic drive to the Bellagio fountains. Last but not least, our hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact! It’s been great, if we’re back in the area I’d like to stay here again!!

Fantastic

Jon and Leslie were really good hosts. We had issues early on with the fire table and the coffee maker which were immediately addressed. They even offered to have coffee delivered when they found out the coffee maker didn't work. We've stayed in a lot of houses and few have been more cleaner and comfortable. We weren't huge fans of the strip in Las Vegas but we are huge fans of Jon and Leslie.
