The property was perfectly located and offered easy access to hiking trails. The size was perfect for our family; with 2 older teens. The hottub was nice and while we were the only ones with access it did not offer a lot of privacy. The kitchen was by far the best we have had with lots of supplies; spices and dishes. The washer and dryer were also a huge plus!!! Highly recommend!

Property needed maintenance- carpets were dirty, the kitchen faucet was not installed properly ( or needed to be tightened) , shower grout needs cleaning, sofas were stained, but worse of all, we were not informed of major roof construction, which resulted in nails and debris all over the patio with the hottub, rendering it not useable.During that period, the codes to the condominium garage did not work several times, resulting in numerous calls to the management company, with us delayed in parking and getting on with our day.

Great spot. Five minute walk to base. Even easier with the free ski storage at the base. Place is clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the sheets smelled like detergent so maybe switch to a new brand.

Fantastic time

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It is close to the lifts and 2 very nice restaurants. Park City is just a short drive. The property was beautiful and was just as advertised. I would stay there again.

A great stay

Located just a short walk from the Silver Lake lifts, Christy Sports, the Stein Eriksen Lodge, Cena and the Goldener Hirsch, it’s tough to beat the location of Black Bear Lodge. My family and I loved the private hot tub and the overall accommodations.

Great location

The property was great and we loved the location. We have been to Deer Valley 5+ times and will be staying here again. The beds were super comfy and the humidifiers and fans provided made it easy to sleep.

Great option for Park City

We loved our stay. The lodge was great, the hot tub may have had too much chemical in it since we all got itchy after using it, but overall, it was a great stay.
