Pets stay Free! Hot Tub, Fire Pit,

Picturesque, pet friendly, mountainside hot tub get away. Located on the border of NH and Vermont in farm country. The house is sandwiched between two beaches. One is 5 miles the other less than 2 miles away. We’re close to several hiking trails. Dining, shopping,the world’s largest candy counter 🍭🤯 and Dog Mountain. Lots of room to relax and gather with family & friends. Explore nature from the backyard. Situated on 3.75 open and wooded acres, great for exploring. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Can sleep up to 6 people. Below the house is a separate guest apartment where the owners live. (We stay to ourselves unless needed.) The house includes a cooks (happy place) Kitchen, Large Bar and Spacious living room. Complete with a fireplace & direct access to a huge walk out deck with breathtaking views of the woods and the pond. Our house is handicapped accessible. The main entrance has a handicapped ramp (there is one step up from the top of the deck to the entrance) The bathroom has handrails in the shower. The rooms and hallway are large enough to accommodate wheelchair’s or scooter’s.
Our spacious 1600sq ft. house has a master bedroom with walk in closet and Queen size bed. An antique room with Queen bed, yoga couch/gear, bureau,closet and views of the backyard and apple orchard. A game room with two twin beds, board games, dresser, closet and views of the deck and back woods.
The kitchen is large and very open with an island for guests to sit at. A bar and computer station with free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and gadgets galore. The living room has a beautiful brick fireplace and a tv with lots of streaming options. From there you have access to the huge back deck. The deck over looks the open field, wooded back drop, pond, apple orchard and our oversized fire pit. Out back is where you’ll find our indoor hot tub room. We have a variety of wild animals on the property. This is a refuge of sorts for them. Photos are encouraged. Our rich scenic property, has played host to several weddings and family reunions and get togethers.
There is plenty of parking to accommodate up to 10 cars (weather permitting.) We look forward to seeing you soon. 🐶🥾🛍️🍭🏖️👙🐻🌈

Adorable Cozy Getaway!

My boyfriend, our pups, and our moms stayed here for a weekend away together and we all had such a lovely time! Everyone loved our stay, and the decor was so adorable and cozy, we felt right at home. Our hosts were also so hospitable and thoughtful! We had everything we could have ever needed and more. We would love to stay here again!

Hiking trip with my hunny and the boys :)

The property is everything you need for a great weekend with friends or family. There are plenty of things to do on the property and it is in a relatively good area for going on some awesome hikes. Most hikes are within less than an hour drive. The hot tub was fantastic after a day of hiking and after the tub the fire pit was an excellent way to end off the night. I also want to add that the kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook whatever you want, i thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen and the butcher block was a nice touch. The owner was also very receptive and kind. Any questions I had I would get a very quick response which made me even more comfortable. Overall this place was amazing, everyone in my party agrees. I would highly recommend staying here and I know i’ll be back :)
