Unfortunately, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience for me and my children.The heating system failed during very cold weather, and the indoor temperature dropped to 59F, which affected us physically and prevented us from sleeping due to the cold, especially the kids.Tenants are not allowed to control or change the AC/heating themselves and must wait for the owner, which caused unnecessary delays in resolving an urgent issue.In addition, the kitchen sink disposal was not working, and I reported it to the owner, but there was no proper or timely response. Later, I was told that the repair technician did not come because I allegedly did not reply to a message. However, I came to Orlando to enjoy my vacation, not to manage or fix someone elseâs home.Throughout the entire stay, there was also a very unpleasant odor coming from the kitchen sink/drain, which caused constant discomfort and made the stay even worse. Moreover, the main door lock does not work properly, meaning the door can remain unsecured even while inside the house. This is a serious safety concern, especially for children.The furniture was also uncomfortable and not suitable for a family stay.
