Main home is a traditional 2 story, sleeps 9 comfortably, with a large living room, dining room, front porch, yard, grill, and laundry. Six Beach Badges are included (kids <14 admitted free). Window ACs. Off street parking. Happy to allow guests to preview so feel free to contact us. Note, we have minimum stays for certain dates.
The space
The main house has 5 bedrooms with beds as follows: BR1 - Queen, BR2 - Queen, BR3 - 2 Twin, BR4 - 1 Full, BR5 - 1 Twin - see pics. There is also a large living room and large dining area. Note there are 8 rooms, we have a window AC unit in each of the 5 bedrooms and living room and dining room. Includes 6 adult beach badges (beach is free for under age 14). The rear 2BR, second floor apartment sleeps four (BR1 - 2 Twin, BR2 - 1 Full), with an efficiency kitchen and full bathroom. Please inquiry for details if you're also interested in the 2BR add-on. The rear apartment is not rented to other guests if you don't choose to add it as part of your booking.

Includes 6 adult beach badges, beach is free for kids under age 14. If you don't also book the rear apartment, it does not get rented separately to other guests.
