• The basement offers additional space with twin bunk beds in one room, and two queen beds in separate rooms and a full shared bathroom, perfect for accommodating larger groups.

Policies & Guidelines
• Booking Requirements: We require guests to have at least one positive review to reserve a stay. The primary booking guest must also be at least 25 years old. This policy helps ensure the safety and respect of our home.
• Group Size Limit: We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Pool Availability: The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, with the exact opening and closing dates depending on the weather. It is heated and maintained at 82 degrees for your comfort.
• Hot Tub Disclaimer: While the hot tub is a wonderful amenity, please note that it cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time due to potential maintenance issues.
• Bedroom Access: There is only one bedroom on the main level; all other bedrooms require stairs.
• Parties & Events: We strictly prohibit the organization of parties or similar events. This policy ensures the comfort, security, and satisfaction of all guests, as well as the preservation of our property and the peace of the surrounding community.
• Additional Rules:
• No pets allowed.
• No weapons allowed.
• All outdoor music and noise must cease by 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
