Summary:
Welcome to Dennisport! You’ll have everything you need and more in this efficiency condo, including the beach just .10m away and a beautiful in-ground pool right in the complex. This unit sleeps 2 adults comfortably in a queen size bed. Full bath and private patio ensure you have ample space. Amenities include heat and ac, wifi and a smart tv. There is a full kitchenette with coffee pot, small range, refrigerator and a microwave, and anything else you might need to cook. Linens included!

The Space:
This is a unit is a 2 building complex just a short distance to a south-side beach. The unit has a private patio and the path out back takes you to the in-ground pool. There are restaurants close by, too. When you are looking at the complex this unit is in the building on the right.

Guest Access:
Entire condo unit plus patio. Shared access to the pool.

Getting Around:
Parking is assigned and provided for one vehicle only. Please use the spot marked #15. All other vehicles will be subject to towing at owner’s expense. The neighborhood is considered to have easy access to the beach just .1m away and there are several restaurants close by. Essentials like groceries and other activities will require a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
Linens are included. This includes sheets (queen for the bed) towels for bath only, kitchen towels and a bath mat. Please plan to bring your own beach towels. Parking is assigned and provided for one vehicle only. Please use the spot marked #15. All other vehicles will be subject to towing at owner’s expense.

Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.

Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.

Great location - close to the beach

On the Cape for a wedding. We were looking for a place near the venue that was also close to the beach and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the prompt response to a question we had regarding the property. Thanks and we would definitely return.

Exactly what we wanted

Quaint, well maintained studio/efficiency unit 200 yards from the beach. AC worked great. Property manager was responsive when we weren't sure where to park. We didn't try the pool, but it looked inviting. It was wonderful to stay in an affordable cottage close to the beach in Dennis Port.

Perfect location

The location was perfect - Very short walk to the beach ! Privacy was no issue . Parking was great. Highly recommend for a cozy stay !

Clean but not comfortable

The place was clean but not exactly what was described. First, there is no hot tub, a selling point for us. Next, the a/c unit wasn’t working properly, leaking water all over the rug and floor, and part of the drapes. The rug was sloshy to step on and made the room smell musty.

Adorable!

This was a lovely little studio for our little family of four (2 adults, one infant, one toddler.) We appreciated the cleanliness, and especially loved that we were walking distance to the closest beach! Access to the grounds’ pool was fun for the kids, and the neighbors were kind! Communicating with Nichole was easy - she responded within moments offering whatever information she was able with the questions we asked. The description and photos describe/show the place as it is! Grateful for a nice place to stay!

Near the beach. Great little cabin.

Read the whole description, not just the Vrbo headline! But this was a very nice cabin only 5 mins to the beach. Location was perfect for my stay and everything needed was in the room.
