~NEWLY RENOVATED BEDROOMS~ Spectacular YEAR ROUND 2 bed 1 bath, end unit condo. A short, 5 min walk to the beach! You will undoubtedly get that quintessential cape cod vibe during your stay. The deck is a great place to relax after taking a comfortable outdoor shower. Spark up the grill and enjoy the lovely side yard or treat yourself to a night out at the famous outdoor Beach Bar at the Ocean House. Take a scenic stroll to the Wee Packet, Oyster Company, Pelham House, Sundae School; all within a 0.7-mile radius!

Spacious master bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a spacious closet. Second bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds. Generous-sized bathroom, kitchen and living spaces!

The property is described as a condo in the listing, while we use the term “cottage” to describe the style and feel of the unit, which we stand by. Regarding the towels, we do clearly communicate in both the listing and the pre-arrival information that guests should bring their own towels. We understand that this may not be everyone’s preference, and we are continuing to consider options such as a linen service, while also trying to keep the property as affordable as possible. Lastly, the dishes are relatively new, having been purchased within the past 3–4 years. That said, we appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind as we make updates to the property. This property is adorable! The only drawback for us is that we didn't know we needed to provide our own linens until we were already enroute and we didn't have enough room in our luggage to take them home. We spent the first part of our trip in Boston and honestly, we really struggled. I was worried the whole vacation would be a bust! Once we arrived at this cute condo, I knew it was just what we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower too! We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

My family and I loved this cottage. It was a perfect location and walking distance to a few of our favorites. Everything was exceptionally clean, very cozy and I loved the colors and vibe. Water pressure was great in the shower. I also enjoyed reading in the back oasis on warm mornings! Check in and out was very easy. We will for sure stay again

Our stay here was pleasant. Very quiet and comfortable accommodations. Well kept and clean. This is coming from 2 50 something adults. This would still be very nice for a family. Wouldnt hesitate to rent again

The cottage was the perfect size for me and my husband. It had everything we needed and we took advantage of outdoor seating area daily. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of issues. Really appreciated having the beach chairs to use and outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach.

Excellent location

We had a great week at Jonathon’s condo! A rough start when we locked ourselves out on accident, but Jonathon was immediately available, understanding and accommodating. Thank you!!! The condo was perfect for us-clean, perfect location & awesome neighbors..it was close to restaurants, the beach & a great neighborhood to walk after a good meal. Easy for day trips and exploring. We didnt realize we needed to bring linens/towels, but Jonathan directed us to a convenient Marshalls. It hurt to throw them away when we left, but we flew in and did not have space to bring them home. Loved our stay there& hope to be back soon!
