Nestled in a prime location this Redding home is located just northeast of the Mt.Shasta Mall, is close to the local airport, and makes outdoor exploration effortless! Don your hiking shoes and head for the Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, Burney Falls, Turtle Bay Exploration Park, the Lake Shasta Caverns, and the West Shasta State Historic Park.

Back at your stay, fun in the sun only continues as a large, enclosed yard, and a gas grill awaits summer barbecues. Here, the furry members of your family will enjoy stretching their legs amongst the lush greenery, safely.

Heading inside, you will instantly take notice of the comfortable living room, adorned with soft seating, a double-sided, wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. The adjacent kitchen comes well-prepared for all of your culinary ventures and when it's time to eat, dine at the charming, wooden dining table.

Each of the bedrooms has been simply decorated for your complete comfort. Before bed, tune the home's central air-conditioning to your liking, and tuck under the plush bedding - ready to sleep, dream, and repeat another day on vacation!

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fabulous rental
This was one if not the best vacation rental I have used in the last 5 years. The house was super clean. Yet had everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fully stocked with towels and soaps and hair products. Our stay was wonderful and we would definitely book this house again.

Perfect Stay!
This was a perfect stay because of the great price, location, amenities, cleanliness, plenty of room, and we were nice and warm. Beautiful back yard, Nice neighborhood. I would stay here again and it was super easy to book and check in and out.

Quiet and Central to Everything
We needed a spacious space for eight while we attended my father’s weekend-long celebration of life activities. Property Manager Nicole was fabulous at ensuring we had what we need and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The house could use a little upgrade. The dining room only seats six, and living room five. There are only three private bedrooms. The fourth “bedroom” is an open area with bunks. We purchased a tension rod and curtain so everyone could have privacy. The bathrooms are small. I would definitely bring extra blankets! The coffee pot is drip, so I was glad I brought my Keurig. The AC and heater were excellent. We would stay here again! Clean, cute, and next to everything and all major roads.

Clean, cheap, quiet, but needs major work!
The property was VERY clean, and quiet. The yard looks nothing like the listing. It hasn't been mowed, nor have the flowerbeds been maintained in what looks like a year. Overgrown and weeds everywhere. Kitchen counters are covered with patchwork pieces of contact paper. The coffee pot is dilapidated and brews disgusting coffee. There are k cups but no Keurig? In one room...the ceiling in fan light cover is missing, bare bulb. There's an open electrical junction box in the ceiling with wire coming out. There's no door on the room with bunk beds. The carpet is very old and is covered with area rugs. There's very little furniture. Just beds, and not nearly enough living room seating for the number of people. Kitchen table and chairs were ample but the chair upholstery is nasty. The WiFi password was different than all three passwords we received in the reservation. The real one is posted on the fridge. Very disappointed in the level of upkeep and the inaccurate listing.
