Sip your coffee in the morning and enjoy the sunrise on the front patio. Enjoy the hot tub on the back patio with breathtaking VIEWS! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

- Sleeps 4

- 1 king bed + 1 queen sleeper sofa

- 1 full ensuite bathroom with his/her sinks and bathtub/shower combo

- 2 Smart TV's; 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom

- Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, small stovetop/oven, Keurig (no dishwasher)

- Indoor gas fireplace

- BBQ grill available, please BYO charcoal

- Fire Pit available, please BYO firewood (fire pit is shared with other cottage)

- Hot tub with VIEWS! (hot tub is private to Sunflower cottage)

- There is a small creek right by the main entrance driving in. Creek is not meant for swimming or fishing.



- Please note: there is a sister cottage next to Sunflower. The other cottage, Bluebonnet, is rented separately. The cottages are about 6 ft away from each other and slightly diagonal from each other.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Sunflower cottage, hot tub and outdoor area.
