The tent is designed for guests seeking a simple and comfortable outdoor stay while still having access to shared amenities nearby. The tent itself does not have electricity, helping preserve the natural atmosphere and dark skies for nighttime stargazing.

Inside the tent, guests will find two queen beds with linens, portable air conditioning, heated mattress pads, and a private outdoor deck. A nearby shared common area includes access to bathrooms with hot showers, a shared kitchen, WiFi, seating areas, workspace, and charging outlets.

Guests also have access to outdoor recreation areas throughout the property, including walking areas, wildlife viewing, cornhole, and Connect Four.

Twin Falls Ranch is located within driving distance of many Hill Country attractions, including Cave Without A Name, Cascade Caverns, Guadalupe River State Park, wineries, local shops, restaurants, and farmers markets. A vehicle is recommended for this location. Most attractions and nearby towns are within a 20–40 minute drive. Parking is available on-site for guests.
