Fully equipped with everything you need to vacation in Port Aransas, Condo 206 has comfortable furnishings and excellent style. This condo has been recently renovated and is the perfect beach getaway. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, making it the ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Your guest will also enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in their queen-size bed. The spacious living area provides plenty of space for your entire family. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, which also opens into a sofa sleeper. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, and the spacious patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. This beautifully decorated condo will be the ideal spot to enjoy the serenity of island life!

Just an honest review….
If you are planning to stay at this property, be aware of the following important things:
1. The condo location only has access through stairs as both elevators on that building are not working. Several flights of stairs are required to walk in order to get your bags up to the Room. Stairwells are hot and dirtier than NY SUBWAYS.
2. The condo location is about 30 min away from any viable restaurant or stores.
3.,wifi in Condo does not work and we had to utilize our hot spo to watch tv or have internet access. The owners have not even activated the wifi equipment as per the error message we were getting.
4. The water pressure in the condo was the worst ever. There is nothing worse than being all day at the beach and returning to a poor water pressure shower.
5. There was only about-3 towels per restroom to use for your shower.
6. There are absolutely no spices , oil or cooking utensils to make breakfast or lunch with. Not even salt or pepper. No extra sheets left or extra blankets either.
I must say for the amount of money we paid it is not wrth the stay. Go elsewhere that will provide some kind of amenities for your vacation.

Hi there; thank you for submitting this feedback to our team. We are under our soft opening and are working on continuing to finish our property after Hurricane Harvey took us out. We send our guests notices to inform them of what amenities are available and the best alternative routes. With the elevators, we are pleased to inform you that we now have three working elevators, and the rest are soon to follow. With regard to the other items you reported, we hope next time you stay with us that, you will let us know about these issues upon discovering them so that we can best help you during your stay. As for the kitchen items, we do not provide spices, cooking oil, or any consumable products in the condos for health and safety reasons. The condo is outfitted to provide enough amenities for guests based on the maximum occupancy of that condo. We do not leave extra sheets, but if you need extra blankets or sheets, the front desk does have these items available for your stay.
