La Mirage Condominiums Condo 300 is a gorgeous, efficiency, one-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas! Perfect for a group of 4, make your Port Aransas Vacation memorable and stay on the beach. Fully equipped with everything you need to vacation in Port Aransas, Condo 300 has comfortable furnishings and excellent style. This condo has been recently renovated and is the perfect beach getaway. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, making it the ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach. The spacious living area provides plenty of space for your entire family. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa that opens into a sofa sleeper. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen. The spacious patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. This beautifully decorated condo will be the ideal spot to enjoy the serenity of island life!

Prepare meals in the newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table awaits with seating for 4.

The living room has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group to relax in, to vacation mode with an enjoyable movie.


What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi & Cable
The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

Hot tub only had couple working jets and one hot tub was out of service, one elevator out of service, but other wise was wonderful place to be , view were awesome and very clean inside condo. Made a perfect place to celebrate 34 yrs of marriage

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and fresh. Colors and pictures and decorations were perfect for a beach vacation. Nice rec room with big TV, ping pong, wall tic tac toe and foosball table. Pool,hot tub and grilling area were nice and nice boardwalk right to the beautiful beach. Hope to come back someday.

This was a VERY nice unit and the property was nice as well. I would definitely book this unit again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the elevators was broken in our building, which caused problems for everyone checking in and out at the same time, and it appears that this elevator has been out for sometime based on previous reviews.

While the condo was clean, cute, well equipped, and met our needs, I was concerned about the damp smell. The pools were great and the BBQ area with games was a surprise. The resort had not maintained the elevators and I was disappointed that only half of them worked. This issue was not the owner's fault.

Beautifully remodeled condo. Main issue was the king size foot board, could hardly move around the bed. Would be more comfortable without the foot board.

The apartment was cute, nice and clean. The grounds and apartments are under construction and the elevator nearest the apartment (3rd floor) was out. There is only 1 air vent that blows - which made the bedroom warm. It’s a fairly close walk to the water which is nice.

The good: The condo itself was beautiful. It was clean, updated, and decorated beautifully. The beach view was amazing to sit and have coffee with every morning. The washer and dryer was a big bonus too. The condo fit 4 perfectly. The bad: The AC in the unit didn't work properly. It was set to 74 degrees when we arrived and we set it down to 70 degrees. Hours later the room temp was at 75 degrees. Our entire stay the room temp was 74 to 75 degrees. It was HOT especially after having to constantly climb the stairs around the property. That brings me to the elevators. The elevators were not working near our condo. The choice we had was to use the stairs or walk all the way across the condo to find a working elevator. The day of check out the elevator by the office and check out area was broken too. We had to carry all of our stuff down stairs by hand from the 3rd floor. It took 4 or 5 trips back and forth. The stairwell had a bad smell. It smelled like dog poop and throw up. The property itself was not in great condition. It felt sketchy at times to be walking around. Construction was being done on the neighboring property right outside the balcony so as peaceful as it was there is noise from that. We never heard it while in the condo but we did while on the balcony. The pool was pretty clean most of the time we were there. It was nice to have 2 hot tubs and 2 pools. One was heated so nobody really used the other pool which created a crowded heated pool at times.
