This cozy modern home, with a mountain feel, is conveniently located along the free bus route, between the warm springs base lodge and town. Hang out in the spacious living room, on the comfiest couch, playing board games with your group after a day ripping down the mountain. Enjoy the mountain views off the back patio while you drink your morning coffee.

Some things to keep in mind
- Pets are only permitted in the summer and Fall July through October
- There is no included Pet fee but if my cleaning company charges me more for the cleaning because of the pet I will send you that charge after your stay

Great Weekend Get Away

Kelsey's place was great for our short staycation from Boise. The amenities were exactly as listed and the place was clean and organized. The deck was great to sit outside and enjoy. I'd recommend this place to anyone headed to Ketchum.

Great property for a ski vacation for a family

This property was conveniently located for accessing the Bald Mountain area of Sun Valley. We used the public transportation that picked us up right in front of the property. The condo itself was perfect for my family of five. Very comfortable and provided a fun charming atmosphere.

I am from New York and have lived in various parts. - Upstate NY - Brooklyn, NY - Most recently the end of the north fork of long island; Greenport, NY.

Sun Valley is a special place. Incredible skiing, great restaurants, but still seems undiscovered with short lift lines and a small town feel. My condo is in the perfect spot, right between the mountain and town. Let's face it everyone knows the Warm Springs base lodge is better than river run :)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I live in my condo for a large portion of the year. Because of that you will find the kitchen fully stocked with what ever cooking items you need. You will find things located where you'd expect them to be, and you will find that the condo was lovingly designed and curated by someone who see this as their home. I also manage this rental myself and no others so you will get my full attention which you often do not when booking a rental run by a property management company which might have 100s of other rentals. However, if you have an issue which requires in person help, I do partner with a local property management company with a full maintenance staff so I will still be able to send over help in a timely manner.
