Welcome to your two-story island retreat in sunny PoÊ»ipĆ«, where ocean views, tropical breezes, and swaying palms create the perfect setting for a relaxing KauaÊ»i getaway. Ideally positioned just a short stroll from the ocean-view pool and beach access, this spacious condo offers the comfort of home in one of the south shore’s most desirable resort communities.

With room for up to six guests, the condo is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and connection. The second-story entrance opens to the main living level, where natural trade winds and elevated tree-top views provide a light and airy ambiance. The comfortable living room features ample seating and a sleeper sofa, along with a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A dining table for six and additional breakfast bar seating make gathering for meals easy, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from morning coffee to island-inspired dinners. A game table stocked with puzzles and board games adds a fun touch for evenings in. This level also includes an ocean-view lanai, a full guest bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience.

The guest bedroom, located on the main level, offers peaceful garden and tree-top views and is furnished with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon advance request, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or couples traveling together.

Upstairs, the entire upper level is dedicated to the expansive primary suite, creating a private retreat within the home. Two adjacent lanais invite you to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets with ocean views. Inside, you will find a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, a large closet, and a Smart TV. An ocean-view alcove provides a quiet space for reading, working remotely, or simply relaxing. For additional comfort, a portable A/C unit is available in the primary suite.

Located on Kauaʻi’s sunny south shore, Poipu Kai Resort is known for its beautifully landscaped greenbelt pathways that connect guests to some of the island’s most beloved beaches. Manualoha is the closest complex to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach Park, both popular for snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, turtle sightings, and seasonal whale watching. Wonderful wonderful wonderful place to stay! Just a short beautiful walk to the beach and the pool is on the way. The room set up and a pull out couch also made the stay comfortable for everyone. That main suite upstairs is truly amazing - we were able to sleep up there and put our kiddos blow up mattress up in the loft area no problem. The place is actually better stocked with cooking and storage ware than most places I have seen which was great. This place too actually has number of fans and AC up in the main suite which really helped! Greta place over all, highly recommend.

Poipu condo

We had a lovely time at this condo, it is spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need. Snorkel gear was appreciated and used. It is convenient to several shopping areas with a 5 minute drive, and close to Poipu beach as well.

this condo worked out great given the location of other famiy memebers staying at manualoha. We've been staying at Manualoha since the 1987 and it never disapoints. I will say that this unit could use a bit of an update but over all it was terrific

Very nice condo. Great location. Expected AC but only had one portable floor standing unit in the master Bedroom and none in the second bedroom. Liked the property but don’t move any chairs or be charged $$. Unit is not handicapped accessible. Main entrance on 2nd floor.

Suggestions: Cleaning: Needs to be more thorough
seems like only surface cleaning done. Need cleaning under coffee table, under cushions, behind dresser upstairs. Carpets need shampooing. Some of the blinds need to be replaced. This is no reflection on Caldwell Bankers Island Vacations. Ashley is amazing! She helped with our TV troubleshooting. And we had a chain smoker in the unit below us! She did what was necessary to help the situation!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally speaking it's a decent place and very clean. It is outdated though. Our biggest complaint was lack of AC. AC Unit on second floor does nothing to help cooling the living space on a 1st floor and honestly it's not needed on there but downstairs. It was extremely hot during the day and no breeze. Mgmt co. told us to go outside for a walk or a restaurant and come back when it cools off ....funny.

Nice Stay on Kauai

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place to stay in a very nice area on Kauai. We book this with less than a week before check-in as we were originally scheduled to go to Maui but switched to Kauai due to the wildfires.We did not spend much time at all in the condo. Maybe we would have spent more time there if it was more comfortable. But the lack of air conditioning made it impossible to be inside any more than completely necessary. The complex is very nice with a great pool and access to a couple of nice beaches. There are some nice restaurants in the area as well. We did our best to explore as much of the island as possible.The upstairs master bedroom is great. We did not use the air conditioner at night and just kept the doors open. The breeze that goes through there kept it quite comfortable. We did have to jam something into each screen door to keep them from snapping back and forth. Both of these doors should be replaced.The downstairs bedroom is rough due to the lack of air conditioning. You would need to be really tolerant of heat to sleep there. This bedroom was used by our two children the first night, but it was so hot we just had them sleep upstairs in our bedroom the remaining nights, which really defeated the purpose of getting a rental condo with multiple bedrooms.
