One of the best kept secrets in the Poipu Beach Resort area, Waikomo Stream Villas is a lush garden resort with 60 Kauai condos located on the sunny side of Kauai. Centrally located and across the road from Kauai’s premier retail destination – Kukui`ula Village, the most exciting Kauai shopping and dining destination in Poipu.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Well stocked kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs, pack-n-play, kids dishes/utensils available. This had everything we needed for a trip with young kids. It was in a great area, close to great beaches and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The other guests and owners were very respectful and peaceful. The unit was clean although it is a bit dated and could use a remodel. The property management company was very helpful and responsive without being overbearing. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen items (dishes, pots, and appliances) and beach items (chairs, towels, and snorkel gear) which was greatly appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, tropical condo. The unit was spacious and in overall good condition. This condo dates back to the '80's and the bathrooms reflect this. The kitchen was well stocked, but not all burners on the stove worked unfortunately. There is no AC in the condo, except for a portable-type unit in the main bedroom, but the windows are louvered for there to be a nice cross-breeze. The owner has provided several fans which was nice for the upstairs loft. Beware of the three flight walk-up which may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The rental agency was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

The unit was located in the middle of all of the places we wanted to go, so it was very convenient. Very nice place to stay. Would stay again if we come back to Kauai.

Fantastic Place!

This property was perfect for our family of four! It was well maintained and stocked with beach gear and common household items to make our stay convenient and enjoyable! The location was excellent- close to nearby shops and restaurants. Just a short drive from many of the beaches and sights that we were excited to visit. Highly recommend!

Kauai Family Trip

Excellent location on southside. Very nice condo in a jungle type environment. Perfect for parents and two teens sleeping in the loft. Restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Also easy drive to all sides of the island. Parrish was excellent property manager. Had a great time!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was lovely. The kitchen is well stocked (the only things we didn’t find were tongs and chip clips and those we could do without). Upstairs was perfect for kiddo. The balcony was gorgeous. We could walk to Spouting Horn and Baby Beach. And felt like the drive to the grocery stores was easy. Thank you!

Excellent Location!

My family and I travel to Kauai quite often and love finding new places to stay when we’re on island. This location was an absolute gem. We were right next door to Koloa Landing, minutes from the beach and stores, and central to just about everything. The space was perfect for family and I would highly recommend it. Excellent!!

Great spot close to Poipu Beach. Only complaint - It would have been nice to know the pool was not in service.. but who wants to waste time at a pool when you are in Kauai anyways?! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

We spent 10 days in Kauai. Our stay was PERFECT for all of our adventures throughout the island! We were within minutes to multiple beaches, trails and even our pool. It was less than an hour drive to Waimea Canyon and an hour and a half drive to the north shore. The airport was just 35 minutes and Poipu had everything we wanted for fun local shopping and eating. From enjoying sunsets and adventuring on trails and excursions, this was the perfect location!

Great Stay

Family of 4 (10 and 12yr old) stayed for 9 nights. Condo was spacious, two boys stayed in loft
no AC so was hotter up there but cooled down at night. Central location served as good hike base as we went to all areas of the island. Not really walkable to a drinkable beach so we drove and tried out different ones and parking was always fairly easy. Nice that you can walk to the shopping village for restaurants and other shopping / needs. Pool was colder than the ocean so we didn’t use it much.

Spacious, clean, and convenient.

The property has plenty of room for a family of four. The two beds upstairs were great for the kids while we had our own master bedroom on the first level. The property is very clean with great upkeep and a short walk to the beach. It is also a short walking distance to a few food trucks one of which has coffee/lattes. Close to the shops at Kukui'ula which was also very nice. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Wedding stay

I rented this out with my family for a week and it was a great place. I’m not sure if there is much that can be done about occasional bugs, but other than that scaring the girls, it was a great time. There is only one private room. The other is upstairs and has no doors, not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Great place overall and I would stay again no question.

Pleasant experience

Nice place next to Poipu beaches. Quiet and lots of space for a family of 4. All necessities were provided and we had a comfortable sleep. Keep in mind that roosters are running wild on this island so the first night you might hear them early. Next nights we started to tune them out. Also, during summer, the loft area might get really warm - our teens were complaining a little as it was warm when they were falling asleep, but they had a good night sleep anyway.

we had a great time. the people in the office for the condo were very responsive to us and very helpful. wish I could remember the name of the lady that picked up the phone our first morning there. the coffee machine wouldn't work and she had a new one over there in about an hour. sounds like a small deal but it was actually quite the big deal. we left out our coffee in the morning.

Great condo and location

We loved this place. It was so roomy and cosy and convenient. Once you're inside you can really spread out and feel pretty much cut off from the rest of the surroundings buildings. We loved the loft upstairs. Was nice to have the second bathroom. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Living Foods is 2 mins away and is good for a breakfast and supplies for the day. You can get the best Poke bowl ever at Kaloa Fish Market which is five mins away. And Poipu is a perfect location. The canyon in the west is a bit less than an hour away, the north coast is an hour away. The airport is 30 mins. The lovely Poipu beach is super close. We did a great luau next door at the Sheraton (Auli'i Luau). Overall, we loved it!

Comfortable and convenient

Overall, very good. Spotlessly clean, nicely laid out. Well stocked kitchen for cooking utensils, etc. However, for the price paid, we think that a number of items folks routinely use should be supplied as part of the rental: laundry and dishwasher detergents, salt and pepper, etc. These are things folks should expect and not have to buy for a one week stay. Minor complaints but very real. Thanks. We’d stay there again.

Perfect for our family!

We travel as a family of four and that includes two teenagers. This property was perfect for us! The second bathroom for the teens was super convenient. The location is just between two shopping centers, perfect for any last minute needs and just a few blocks from the beautiful Poipu Beach where we saw monk seals playing in the surf, turtles rest and the most beautiful sunsets each evening. The shaded parking on the grounds was great and speaking of grounds, the lush surrounding gardens and koi ponds made for a lovely setting. Having a washer/dryer inside the unit proved to be a very necessary luxury with all the activities we did. The unit was well stocked with all the tools, pots and pans we needed. We will absolutely be back! Thank you.

Best Guest Essentials

We booked this unit last minute after a scheduling issue with our timeshare, and it truly saved our vacation. A few things to note: the unit is up two full flights of stairs, and there’s no luggage cart. It’s also a bit of a walk from the parking lot, so carrying luggage or groceries can be challenging but by the end of the stay we were in better shape. Only the master bedroom has A/C, but the rest of the unit stayed comfortable except from about 2–4 p.m. when the sun hits the back patio. Once you’re inside, the breezes and views are lovely. The unit was spotless and very well stocked—shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus extras like olive oil, salt, pepper, and a welcome coffee setup. Beds were comfortable. Best surprise: a “secret” closet by the front door with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, games, broom, vacuum, and more—things you can’t bring from home. They also provided beach towels. Overall, a peaceful, clean, well-equipped place that made our trip easy and enjoyable. If the stairs aren’t a concern, this place is a great find.
