The space
This is a spacious townhome to be shared by friends or family. There are two living areas, each with a hammock that can easily be hung across the room to enjoy! The small living space off the kitchen opens to a balcony. The balcony has a sun umbrella and an electric grill. The small living room has a microwave and small refrigerator too! There is also stand-alone closet to hang clothes, keep suitcase and other belongings for guests who sleep downstairs on the pull-out sofa. There is a memory foam mattress topper in the garage to use with the sleeper couch. There is also a google home for your enjoyment. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and a large flat screen TV that can swivel to be watched while cooking, sitting at the breakfast bar, hanging in the hammock, sitting at the bistro table set, or chilling on the pull-out sofa. There is a coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and all the appliances you could need for cooking. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, containers and more are included. There are musical instruments (electric drums and guitars) that you are welcome to play. The large living area has a cozy gas fireplace which is perfect for cool evenings. There is an extra large TV to enjoy your favorite shows. There is also a record player and some classic albums to enjoy. On the main floor there is a half bath and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a twin bed, dresser, flat screen TV, desk, large mirrored closet, a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a full bath right outside the door. The master suite has a queen bed, desk, dresser, flat screen TV, bookshelf, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a full bath en suite, and a walk-in closet. The carpets and floors were all just replaced. The house is in excellent condition, just waiting for you!
