Located in the heart of Little Italy, this historic Spanish-style home affords ample indoor and outdoor entertaining space. 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 full size bathroom with a shower, and one 1/2 bath. Relax with a cold beverage on the balcony or enjoy family meals on the large back patio with a quaint garden and an umbrella-shaded table. You'll love being within walking distance of various upscale boutiques and fashionable eateries in this trendy neighborhood. Have fun people-watching from the comfort of the beautiful Piazza Basilone. On Saturday, visit the Farmer's Market, which features over 150 local vendors, live music, and artisans. Or explore the best areas of Downtown San Diego, the Harbor, and the Gaslamp. And don't forget about Balboa Park, home to the San Diego Youth Symphony, Alcazar Garden, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, and 16 museums - including the Japanese Friendship Garden. Two off-street parking spaces make it easy to come and go as you please.

This classically decorated home features an inviting and large floor plan with charming decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. The location is perfect if you want to walk around Little Italy, can't beat it! The place was clean and had all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great location

Loved the location of this property, walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants, bars and markets. The property itself is a little dated, but comfortable. We had several issues with the lock box malfunctioning but was able to get help on the phone via the property management company. Would stay here again.

Terrific location and comfortable home

We came to San Diego Daft Christmas with our son
 Who lives in San Diego.The house was perfect for our needs. The location was fantastic. Communication and check-in/check out was seamless. I really appreciated the warmth and immediate feedback I received from the host. There were no concerns at our stay at all. It was delightful to be one block away from Little Italy. Area is clean and many restaurants within walking distance. Bets were super comfortable.

Little Italy Rental

We truly enjoyed this charming rental. Great location. Clean and plenty of room. We walked to dinner and enjoyed little Italy. We felt very safe with the long driveway. We hope to rent this place again!

Excellent stay prime location

The house is in an incredible location. Very walkable and central to great restaurants and downtown. House is clean, fit 5 adults very well, and has a great outdoor area. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing location and responsive property management

We had a great stay. Loved playing poker and going out for drinks and dinner near by. The location was amazing and when we had a problem with the dishwasher not working it was resolved very quickly. Would definitely stay again

Older home located in the heart of Little Italy. Great location! Not great response from Vacasa (property manager) when the AC busted. Garbage Disposal had a nasty smell coming from it when we first got there.

San Diego Little Italy with family

Very nice property, well located on a quiet block in a very active area with lots of restaurants. Also close to the waterfront and easy access to freeway to visit other locations such as the zoo and seaworld. House was bright and clean, lots of charm and roomy. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Little Italy-big fun

Right in the middle of Little Italy, but still manages to be quiet and relaxing.. It had all the amenities I expected and more. Everything was within easy walking distance, include the pickup spot for the Hop on Hop off Trolley. The parking spots were a real plus as the street parking was limited in the area. The deck was great for people watching and the garden was beautiful and a nice place for relaxing. Don’t miss the farmer’s market a block away on Wednesday and Saturday morning.
