Desert Brooke Villa has a beautiful 5-bedroom home with a studio casita as well! Not only is it located very close to the resort amenities, but this property comes loaded with fun toys. Head out to the beach to kayak, exercise in the full garage gym, relax in the private hot tub, or have some fun on the arcade game consoles inside! The main house sleeps 18 guests plus the casita, which is a perfect quiet retreat! With a king-size bed and sleeper sofa, the casita (located above the garage) can sleep an additional 4 guests, bringing the sleep capacity up to 22 guests. The casita also features its own smart TV, full bath, and kitchenette. Great for families or groups looking for big fun on their next adventure!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon.
