The main level boasts a master bedroom suite and a full sleeper sofa, along with a welcoming living room complete with an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. [GUEST ACCESS]
You will have no trouble getting to the cabin as the road leading up to it is fully paved and compared to the back roads, has a rather flat terrain, making it easy for you to drive here, even with small vehicles. Once you arrive, you will find ample parking space for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway is paved with asphalt, providing a smooth and convenient parking experience.

The cabin is centrally located, providing easy access to popular destinations such as Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains National Park. Come enjoy the peace and serenity of the mountains while still being close to all the action!

[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
While you're here, please take note of a few important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

* The cabin is close to the mountains - you might lose cell service, so we recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
* Please be aware that due to our cabin's close proximity to the woods, you will encounter bugs and bees. We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule, but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
* Additionally, there may be bears in the area, so please do not approach or feed them. Make sure to keep car doors closed at all times, even when going inside the cabin for a brief moment. Bears have been known to open car doors.
* To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay. Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.
* To help keep the cabin and surrounding area clean and tidy, please be sure to dispose of all trash in the receptacle outside the cabin and keep the lid closed.

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
➣1st payment: 50% required up front
➣Final payment: 35 days before arrival, collected automatically

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $500.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 2 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
➣All refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee

[COMMUNITY POOL]
➣Located within a resort, guests have access to a refreshing pool, available from Memorial Day and closure is Labor Day, where you can cool off and unwind under the warm Tennessee sun.
➣Pool hours are from 10am to 10pm and are liable to change without prior notice
