Enjoy extraordinary sunsets and views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto Skyline, while sitting in the most comfortable Muskoka chairs surrounding a fire pit, and enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. My home offers high speed internet, multiple Smart HD TV's, indoor fireplace, 2 outdoor fire pits and a large backyard with stairs leading to a Private Beach. The property is just a short walk to Lakeside Beach, downtown Port Dalhousie, and a short drive to the wineries of Niagara on the lake!
The space
My home consists of 3 levels. The upper level is the Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Full Ensuite, Walk in Closet and Exquisite Views of the Lake. The main level consists of a Fully Equipped Kitchen, Great Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Second Bedroom with King Size Bed and the Second Bathroom. The lower level has the third bedroom with Queen Size Bed and Full Ensuite with Double Sinks, as well as Laundry.
The Great Room offers a 75" Smart HD TV with Satellite and Surround Sound, Wood Burning Fireplace as well as a Bar Area for Entertaining and Views of the Lake to die for. The Dining Room/Seating Area consists of a dining table that can seat 6 and also has Bar Fridge, Wine Cooler and an Ice-Maker.
The house is equipped with a Sonos Bluetooth Sound System accessible throughout the house, including outside, that you can access from your smart phone to play your own music. My home is Pet Friendly as I have 2 Dogs of my own. There are leashes outside, along with a pooper scooper at the side of the house.
There is a Natural Gas BBQ as well as a Charcoal BBQ on the Upper Deck with lights for the night time and electric plugs. There is also a Propane BBQ on the Lower Deck for your use. Wood is supplied for the Upper Backyard Fire Pit, Lower Deck Fire Pit as well as the indoor Fireplace. There are stairs to the Lower Deck and to the Private Beach. You will not have a better experience than at Nautica Beach House!

Beautiful property, great location
We had a wonderful stay at this super cute lakefront property. Comfortable beds, great location, well-stocked kitchen, and beautiful backyard for grilling and enjoying the amazing view.

Best view of the lake
We were absolutely so impressed with everything from start to finish. The house was spotless and completely stacked with endless amounts of kitchen dishes bowls, utensils towels, spices, even wood for our s'mores at night..You can tell they really tried to set a cozy relaxing atmosphere throughout the house and the attention to details were above and beyond. We fell in love with the backyard as it was a relaxing tranquil space for views of sailboats, and we enjoy dining on the lower deck. It's a perfect spot to watch the sunset and capture.from the rental . We can't wait to come back !!!

Amazing home in a phenomenal location. A lovely hidden gem, this house will not disappoint. The home itself has 3 levels with a bedroom and bathroom on each. The kitchen has everything you will need. The main level has a large great room with fireplace and huge TV with surround sound. Off this room is a spacious, enclosed sun room with sliding doors, another TV and heated floor… a godsend in winter. The furnishings and decor are, quite literally, spectacular. The host has collected amazing memorabilia.The view is breathtaking. The property boasts a number of levels down to the water with tables and lots of seating. This would be quite the experience in the summer.Warren is a thoughtful, generous host who is always available if you need help.Perfect place to be snowed in!!

This was an exceptional stay. It is a beautiful home with a million dollar view. Just 3 doors down from the public beach. Our only issues were- we couldn't figure out the remote. It was crazy. A small write up on how to use the remote would be great. Also the Keurig required some rigging. I had to set a coffee cup on top to weigh down the Impaler door to get it to function.

Nautica House is a perfect lakefront getaway
The location is ideal. Nautica House sits on the bluff of Lake Ontario. Across the lake, you can see the skyline of Toronto. Down the beach, you see the lighthouse at Port Dalhousie. The back yard is spacious, and the fire pit rests near the edge of the bluff. The interior decor is intriguing - not your typical lake house decor. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The host is easy to communicate with and has done everything to insure a comfortable stay. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, or you can lounge each day around the house and yard or take a short walk to the beach front by the lighthouse.

Nautical Beach House was above our expectations. The house was clean and well stocked, plenty of blankets, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Warren provided help with the technical issues (i.e. starting the grill) and even made a fire in the fire pit for us one evening. We enjoyed beautiful evenings, had views of Toronto and Hamilton across the lake and explored the surrounding area including a trip to Niagara On teh Lake and the Falls. The three of us hope to return on our next visit with our Canadian relatives.Thank you Warren for a delightful stay.Jan, David and LIz
