*All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide ID before receiving check-in instructions. Cancellation policies apply. 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. There is one device within the unit to monitor smoke/ noise. If unplugged or tampered with, the fine applies. 2. Parties are not allowed on this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10 pm - 8 am. There is one device within the unit to monitor smoke/ noise. If unplugged or tampered with, the fine applies. 3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests or guests over the limit noted. 4. Pets- (Other than certified and trained service animals) Not allowed at this unit per building management. There is a 0 pet maximum. If any undisclosed pets are discovered it will result in a $250 fine. 5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $250 replacement fee (the building charges us this amount (each) plus a 25% management fee to relabel and coordinate the effort. This is everything at cost. 7. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $50/Flat fee to extend to 12 pm. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. 8. Standard check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $50 flat for check-in at 2 pm. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. 10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve the delivered mail. 12. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 13. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 14. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Had a great stay while in town for a conference - SO close to the convention center, cute little grocery around the corner with gluten free snacks and tasty coffee. The owners lounge with custom coffee and sparkling water was a nice surprise. And 24-hour concierge made it feel extra safe despite traveling alone. I'll definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Austin!

Downtown Retreat
I stayed for a few days to attend a conference and this apartment was perfect. It was clean and quiet and the staff and residents were all very kind. A small desk gave me a place to use my laptop to check on things at work and the pitcher of filtered water in the fridge was simple but a real treat to those of us who get dehydrated away from home. The location couldn't have been better either.

DON'T STAY HERE!
Worst decision we made staying in this property. We had travelled all the way from Australia for the Formula 1 in COTA and paid top dollar to stay here. The "Whitley" building manager towed our car within half an hour of us arriving unbeknown to us until the following morning when we were trying to get to the track at 5:30am. They said we were parked illegally but obviously was not and had paid good money to stay and park whilst in Austin, Nobody will take ownership for this error and are blaming each other but we are the ones in the middle and it cost us an extra $750 AUD in an expense that was of no fault of our own and the property owner will not refund these monies to us. No Customer Service, No Ownership of issues that caused us a lot of stress and disappointment and I would like to save anybody else the same issue - just AVOID!

We provide a parking pass for the secured area allowed by residents of the building and guests of Lumiere Bliss with clear instructions as to where you are allowed to park so this situation can be avoided which were not followed.

Very disappointing! We thought it was a very nice condo in a very nice building with a very nice location. The positive reviews end there. The place is very poorly furnished. We had five people which we made a reservation for five people. We arrived finding three barstools in an office chair. There was no place for us to have a meal together, watch a movie together, play cards or anything else that we wanted to get together and do. There were no dish cloths , two dish towels. About 4 tablespoons of coffee, a few washcloths in a few towels and 6 clothes hangers. Their idea of kitchen spices consisted of salt, pepper, and tahini. 12 cabinets and 5 drawers in the kitchen were completely empty. We had to climb on the cabinets to reach some of the glasses, so dangerous, but with no chairs or a step stool, it was the only way to reach them. The dishwasher does not work properly, it holds water in the bottom of it even after it is done with its cycle. There must be a plumbing problem by the foul smell that came up from the sink and garbage disposal. The ceiling fans could not be used because they could only be adjusted from the chain which was unreachable. The bedrooms each had one bed and two nightstands. So you had to put your suitcase and belongings on the floor. The beds were all broken down in the middle, you rolled together. So disappointing for the amount of money we spent on it. We sent them message after message and they just kept saying sorry ?? They finally brought us cof

The listing was accurate, the checkin process very elaborate and detailed. The listing was accuarte, the view and locationis the best. (this is the best part)! For the checkin process, just wish when there is a party of 4, having another spare key and fob would be good. Tried to reach the host about this, as my wife was kinda stuck in the apartment when we went out to grab some food and take care of other errands. Sent a message to the host via Vrbo app, but no response.Now the bad parts, the door knobs for rooms are barely hanging on to the doors. We were afraid to touch most of them. We didn't use the plates or cutlery much, but a couple of wine glasses had stains on them. Took the pcitures of the barely hanging door knobs and stained wine glasses and sent it to the host. So far no response or acknowledgement. The furniture in the living room was real cheap quality, especially the couch. Overall, great location, nice views but not worth the money.
