Welcome to your home base in East Austin. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath house sleeps up to 6 and keeps you close to downtown, parks, and local favorites.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, easygoing retreat that’s great for couples, friends, or a small family. With three private bedrooms and 2.5 baths, you’ll have room to spread out and relax.

The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a spa-like ensuite with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower. One bedroom doubles as an office with a dedicated workspace and a full-size futon—handy if you’re mixing work and play. The third bedroom features a cozy queen bed. The living areas are designed for downtime after days out exploring, and the backyard with a garden view invites you to fire up the BBQ grill for easy dinners at home.



You’ll have fast WiFi for streaming and work, plus an in-home washer and dryer to keep things simple during longer stays.

• Exterior camera: One security camera is located at the front door and monitors the exterior street view and entry only.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

This house was great! It was in a good location and perfect for our family of four. I loved the extra space compared to a hotel, plus the primary bathroom shower and double sink vanity were great, and the house was as shown in the pictures. Communication with the property management was prompt, and our checkout requirements were very minimal.

We lives the location of this property! So close to everything! We enjoyed sight seeing, bbq, and visiting our family that lives in Austin. My daughter and I enjoyed running to Lady Bird Lake and visiting the botanical gardens. We also enjoyed swimming at Barton Springs and shopping on Congress and The Domain. Amazing place to visit!

Overall a nice stay and great location. We found the driveway to be awkward as it is shared and the neighbor had two cars parked that made it difficult for us to get in and out. Also, the bed linens in the main room were quite stained, had a weird film to them and needs replacing. The main shower was also not cleaned upon our arrival.

We want to clarify for future guests that the driveway is shared, which can occasionally make maneuvering tight depending on neighboring vehicles. That said, parking access is typically manageable and has not posed ongoing issues. Regarding the linens and shower cleanliness, these concerns have since been addressed. The bedding has been reviewed and replaced where needed, and housekeeping procedures have been reinforced to ensure bathrooms meet our standards prior to arrival. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.

Great location! Lots of natural light and plants and space. Futon room had a great stand-up desk plenty of space. I don't think more than one person could sleep on the futon, and for a child it did just fine. I couldn't find clean sheets for the futon- but property mgmt was very responsive and quickly helped me navigate where they were.Queen bedroom was cozy. The air conditioner hits your face which could be refreshing, or bothersome, depending on your preference. The a/c was also pretty loud in that room, but acted as a great white noise. Blinds kept light out just fine.King bedroom: my mother said she had the best sleep there! She enjoyed the bed very much. Full-length mirror available and great lighting in the bathroom. Amazing shower.The 2 upstairs have bidets which were AMAZING. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay, a hair dryer, extra toiletries.Outdoor areas were nice- you can sit on the balcony upstairs and there is a nice seating area outside downstairs with a great grill.Beautiful kitchen! Bring your own coffee and sugar if needed. There is no toaster. Tons of spices and cookware.Random: A/C worked great in this hot summer. Bring slippers because there is not much carpet. Parking was easy! Checkout was a breeze!A responsiveness of the property managers. I had forgotten something after checkout and they worked with me within 20 mins to go back and get it before I left the city.Overall a great stay and I would stay again.

The management company was mostly responsive. We were unable to access the house when we first arrived, but we were able to call and get a new code within 5 minutes. The house was moderately clean. However, there were random dirt marks on most of the walls, the garbage disposal made the kitchen stink every time the faucet was turned on, and multiple spots in the house needed to be dusted. We did call during our stay because there were only blinds in the bedrooms. In one of the small bedrooms it looked like they used paper blinds. We asked if it were possible to get something to cover the other windows in the home, as it was really hard to enjoy the house at night. There are a lot of big windows throughout the downstairs of the home and very large windows upstairs in the hallway. So it was pretty uncomfortable staying with two young kids knowing that anyone could be looking into house. We did reach out to find a solution for this and they requested photos, which we sent. Unfortunately they never did get back to us after acknowledging the photos had been received. Also, there were quite a few occurrences where we found ants in the house, like in the bathtub of the upstairs bathroom. Overall the house is decent and in a good location, but is in need of a good deep cleaning and blinds/curtains to make future stays more comfortable.
