From her vantage point well above the tree line, Pinkie Flamingo had a spectacular “bird's eye view” of the entire lay of the land. Stretching her wings luxuriously, she floated over clusters of opulent vacation homes…each standing ready to welcome those fortuitous enough to have discovered the quaint charm of 30A. Pinkie had set her flight GPS to her desired address 348 Lakewood Dr and she soon spotted it below. “This is super close to the beach! The private pool looks so inviting!”

Beautifully renovated and nestled in the popular Seagrove Beach area of 30A, this charming 3 story home smiles a warm welcome to its guests as they arrive to enjoy the coastal ambiance and private pool and new hot tub with fenced yard. Pinkie could see how 4 cars could easily fit, which is amazing this close to the beach. With less than a 5-minute walk to the sand, YaYa By The Sea is enviably located in the popular area of Seagrove Beach, a premier destination along Florida's favorite Coastal Hwy 30A. This winding scenic highway is composed of a diverse array of charming beach communities and quaint eclectic neighborhoods each with its own style and appeal. Seagrove Beach is noted for its central location, excellent local dining options and natural beauty. Garnished with graceful live oaks, stately magnolias and the glimmering reflection off Eastern Lake, recreational opportunities abound here including lake swimming and kayaking.

Pinkie's guests here can choose between 3 King bedrooms, a bunk room with Queen bunks and a third floor loft with a Queen bed.

Pinkie wandered out back to the fenced backyard where the sparkling swimming pool and new hot tub stood waiting. A lush canopy of tress provided shade and privacy. Noting the outdoor dining and lounging options and the propane BBQ grill, Pinkie exclaimed…”This is quite the oasis in the heart of Seagrove!” After a quick dip it was time to take flight again. The outdoor shower is always a treat at the beach and this feature cannot be under valued. Vacation includes 2 beach cruiser bikes. Making a quick stop on the furnished rooftop lounge deck Pinkie took in the warm Gulf breeze and views. It was very clear this vacation rental was definitely a find!

Just down the road visitors will find 30A institutions like The Olde Florida Fish House, famous for its with idyllic al fresco dining venue overlooking the serene waters of Eastern Lake. Frequently the scene of local live music, The Olde Florida Fish House is where Pinkie first tasted George T Stagg bourbon, “It was a life-changing experience…that's for sure!” Pinkie smiled at the pleasant memory. Another popular neighborhood eatery invites you in for breakfast, lunch and dinner…The Perfect Pig, among the top 10% of restaurants worldwide reviewed on Trip Advisor, serves up local favs like fried green tomatoes with crab meat.
