PGA West La Quinta

The house was very clean snd very well equipped. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool and exercise facility were excellent and very close to the house.

Key codes didn’t work, Carpets were stained and dirty, Silverware, dishes etc. still have food particles on them and had to be washed before we could use them, filters for air, fridge need to be replaced, towel hooks in the master bathroom, bed mattress uncomfortable, difficult to sleep, better directions regarding where to leave your trash, there is no central area, make sure lightbulbs work, master bedroom!

Regarding the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you mentioned, we apologize as that is not our standard. We also want to note that our team reached out multiple times during your stay to ensure you were settling in well and to see if there was anything we could do to improve your comfort. Because we did not receive any communication regarding any of these issues during your time with us, we were unfortunately not given the opportunity to send our housekeeping and maintenance teams to immediately make it right in real-time. We take your feedback seriously and are currently reviewing these items with our property leads to address the aesthetic and maintenance updates needed for the villa. We wish you and your wife the very best in your future travels.
