Location and Walkability--Tucked in the heart of Stowe Village, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has direct access to the Cady Hill mountain bike trails. You can also walk to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Stowe Recreation Path. In winter, the seasonal shuttle bus to Stowe Mountain Resort is within walking distance, making this one of the most walkable Stowe rentals around.

Main Floor--The walk-through kitchen features new appliances, well-stocked cupboards, a pantry, bar seating, and a nook with a round table perfect for morning coffee or an evening of cards. The dining room seats up to ten at a long table and opens to the living room, separated by a handsome teak partial wall, a statement piece and a nod to the home's mid-century modern bones.

A comfortable den with a TV leads to the outdoor patio, complete with table, chairs, and a seasonal barbecue grill. The flat backyard offers winter views down to the center of the village. Two bedrooms complete this floor: the primary suite with ensuite full bath, and a guest room with a shared 3/4 bath.
